Only slipped 2 or 3 discs this time. Switch to the machines, which severely hamper my usual 200% range of motion. Talk to the camera about good form. 3 belt swaps and one heavy ass drive home later, I'm in the garage. Pull out my water cooler jug of test I hide under the pile of empty morphine boxes. Didn't go too heavy today so only inject 500mL into my rump steaks. Get on my horse to get back inside. Fall off and rupture my kidneys. Tfw you didn't put on your riding belt. Tfw $20000 ambulance ride. See you guys for a heavy ass back workout tomorrow.

Branch always has the drive and heart. But his approach to training is not very good. Swaying and swinging the weights using all momentum is not very beneficial to muscle growth. Strict isolation and proper posture is best way to ensure maximum contraction and to prevent injury
He is Mr. Olympia runner up and has won every bodybuilding title ever exist on this earth. He knows well what he is doing and he is doing perfectly fine
I mix some exercises with heavy weight trying to not swing and some while seated (like lateral raises) and i think that's a way to get benefit from both heavy and moderate weights 👍
