      Intra-workout. BCAA's. Can also be Carbohydrates, Electrolytes (Powerade/Gaterade etc), Amino Acids, Protein.

    Be Branch.
    Wake up.
    Take off my sleepy time belt.
    Put on my walking around belt.
    Eat 200 eggs.
    Ride my horse from the kitchen to the garage, only falling off twice.
    Get in my Mac truck and put my seat belt over my walking around belt.
    Now I can drive twice as heavy.
    Get to the gym.
    Gonna do some shoulders, so I better put on my triple strength raw hide belt.
    Don't want them delts blowing out my hernia again.
    Find the heaviest weights I can shift without blowing out my head veins again.
    Swing then as wildly as possible.
    Only slipped 2 or 3 discs this time.
    Switch to the machines, which severely hamper my usual 200% range of motion.
    Talk to the camera about good form.
    3 belt swaps and one heavy ass drive home later, I'm in the garage.
    Pull out my water cooler jug of test I hide under the pile of empty morphine boxes.
    Didn't go too heavy today so only inject 500mL into my rump steaks.
    Get on my horse to get back inside.
    Fall off and rupture my kidneys.
    Tfw you didn't put on your riding belt.
    Tfw $20000 ambulance ride.
    See you guys for a heavy ass back workout tomorrow.

    "Ego lifting", "Ego lifting duhh", there's no right or wrong aproach in training guys , i don't recomend this "swing style", but if you like and feel SAFE doing workouts like that... is gona work!!, maybe less than a slow and control move? I don't know, find what work best for you damn

    Branch always has the drive and heart. But his approach to training is not very good. Swaying and swinging the weights using all momentum is not very beneficial to muscle growth. Strict isolation and proper posture is best way to ensure maximum contraction and to prevent injury

      I mix some exercises with heavy weight trying to not swing and some while seated (like lateral raises) and i think that's a way to get benefit from both heavy and moderate weights 👍
