@@subash187 Reduce negative thoughts to have a healthier life. The practice is simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
Sometimes I watch you just to see you smile, your smile also makes me smile with joy. Thanks all these good videos, I feel relaxed already!. Love and Light.
This is a gem! Thank you! I'm grateful I now know how to calm and soothe myself better. I always knew breathing is important but never felt the effect so clearly until this.
This has helped me through my life. I grew up with anxiety as a child. But this technique I just leaned about 15 years ago. It takes practice at first, but every day practice will help. Also use a lavender pouch. This will help also. Under your nose, breath in and out slow. Thank you.
Take out the three second inhale and you have the EXACT same beginners technique for proper singing! Expansion of abs as if filling up a balloon, release as if blowing up a balloon...I feel kinda silly having known this for years and never applying it to panic attacks! It works! Thanks. ☺
Someone I shared this with so happily told me she does it and it really works for her! She will be starting her vacation and plan to join me at a Bodynbrain yoga center! Thank you!
I have either anxiety attacks or panic attacks, which then I have seizures, , I then I remained calm and collected thanks so much for your sharing this with me and I will be there in spirit 😊 kamsamnada, bows with respect .m Linda bows with respect
I found this video extremely helpful. I can feel a big difference in my energy. Everything has slowed way down. Thanks. It’s also powerful to know that the effect that breathing has on our bodies and brains is a measurable scientific fact not just something in the mind.👍
Its beautiful and amazing technique you have explained so well. I appreciate and thank you for all your wonderful videos. I am quite a person to have anxiety and panic problems particularly when i have certain physical problems like spondylosis etc. I hope this video certainly will help me. Thanks once again
Hi Linda I love all your videos, thanks for all your knowledge and sharing these 10 min exercises. Do you have one for PMS or period pain? God bless 🙏🏼Love and light ❤️🌟
That was a great video I think I have to do it again to calm down more but I am calmer even after the three breaths. Many thanks. I love you and your videos. You're sensational! Much love and light, Amy
I really like this channel. I am putting your videos into my daily routine to get my nervous system back on track. May I ask something? It seems that Covid has damaged my nervous system, my trusted neurologist confirmed my suspicions. Anxiety was something relatively unknown to me until then. Now I'm anxious when I'm faced with sensory overload or new sensory impressions. When I panic, I am the rabbit in shock. My breathing and heart rate don't go up, everything is calm and still I panic. How do I deal with this in an acute case when breathing techniques fail?
I have been dealing with Tinnitus and other health issues that I wake up at 2a.m. and can’t fall back to sleep and I been doing the breathing all wrong.
Much needed during these stressful times of Covid..god bless this channel. Can't thank enough.. have suffered from severe repressed form of anxiety.. i will try this
