Love both sisters, and the transparency from Ben about his background. This was a great interview. And Brandi bravo on these milestones.!

I remember the first time I heard Ben speak about his life. It broke my heart for the little boy and the big boy. Then to hear now even more of it and how it's evolved with his parents, his marriage and now wanting to be the perfect dad. The dad he never had. I think Ben, Karlie and BJ are on the road to big joy and happiness! They have so much love and desire to keep Jesus Christ in their lives. Carry on Raymond family!

Yes, I have watched documentaries on prison, far away. In addition, your friends have lives, familly so the visits become less frequent, then people gets older like parents, grandparents, you know.

You speak with so much wisdom and grace. This interview was both fun and inspiring to watch. Congratulations on creating an amazing podcast. I am glad his biological father, mom, got help, God, couseling, and deliverance from the drug addiction, childhood molestation, trauma. I am glad his parents changed their life, for better.

I am glad they both met their biological father.
So sad, that both Ben and Kirk, grew up as boys, with terrible home life! Abandonment, rejection, neglect, abuse, growing up in foster care, from home to home. It's devestating, is no joke, not good, for little children, teenagers.
They both had similar life stories! A special Thanks, to the Hughes family, for Ben, and the older woman, for Kirk. The parents, that took them into their home and raised them.. Showed them love, taught them discipline. Thank God, for all the good people, that step up and help raise the hurting abused, neglected, abandoned children.
Thank God for healing the broken, hurt, adults, from trumatic childhood experiences!
Both men, Ben and Kirk! Their stories are like so many men, women, young people, children.
Thanks to the interviewer, for having this marriage couple, on the podcast!
They dropped so many jems! Wisdom, knowledge, in dealing with all the issues of life! Love, what Ben's wife said, its God, that is holding them together! Their life, marriage is ministry!

This is why I tell my two children they have no excuse.
Yes, I did miss the mark definitely by having them both by the wrong types of men.
Yes, I fell short by not having both in any extra curriculum activities, to feed their talents.
I worked all their lives, it’s all they know me to do.
All my children know is me.
They are young adults, and better pull it together.
Especially my son!
He better get in the good foot!

What Ben had was love that helped him succeed. A white family took him in and showed him love and discipline. Are you showing your children love and discipline while you say they better do good in life? Sounds like you need Jesus like we all do.
