I have adopted this method in my early 30's. In addition, I don't give myself to the world until 10am. I wake up each day at 4:30am --- which I pray and mediate. From 5am - 7am, I go to the gym; thereafter, 7am to 10am, I prep for the day with silence, writing, reading and speaking daily affirmations. I don't respond to anyone or anything until 10am and I don't do after 10:00pm. There is 24 hours in a day, I give 50% to the world, and 50% to myself. This help me to stay centered and intentional on how I need to be present, self aware and not allow the masses to pull me in the negative.
I always felt admiration for Lauren at first it was her style and her artistry, and after Nipsey passed her words moved me. This interview did not disappoint I resonated deeply with her ideas on life and her healing journey. I pray she feels the gratitude from people like me and that she continues being the light she is.
I would love if Lauren would write a book, either a autobiography or some sort of wisdom level book. I remember her interview from 2009 where she always spoke deeply about things, and clearly thought out responses before she answered them. Before spiritual speaking was popular or even somewhat of a trend Lauren was speaking on these things. Pls write a book Lauren🙏🏽
Jesus Christ. Remember…The SUN is the SON in Freemasonry as well as all the ancient mystery schools. This public ritual murder was invoking the energies of the allegory of Jesus Christ or more directly Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for the world. Notice the numbers of black rappers with tattoos of crosses on their faces? Remember even Nipsey’s son was named KROSS. Why? Did he choose the name? Could London be the link? Remember she has a child with Lil’ Wayne as well (pictured above) and is marked for sacrifice. On the day of Nipsey’s murder in the time of Christ, March 31st this happened. Jesus, as he travels during the morning back to Jerusalem, becomes hungry. He spots a fig tree and goes to it hoping to find figs. Finding only leaves he says to the tree “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again” (Mark 11:14). He arrives at the temple and casts out the money changers and dove sellers, saying the following. Nipsey’s murder happened on the only day Jesus ever showed anger or violence. This was the act which turned the forces against him and led to his DEATH/SACRIFICE.
Her and Nip was definitely made find each other because he was spiritual and really in sync with universal energy. Man, Cross is going to be a dope young man
This interview was no coincidence in my life, I only just stopped listening to certain rap songs and I was just speaking to my friend about how it brings us down, especially as a black community and the lyrics and messages it sends. You don’t even realise. It’s not easy tho
Truth 🔥 Need to speak life into our communities. Hope can suspend action. Promise better, aim for better, pray and reflect with gratitude. Love is the lifeblood of the spirit 🙏🏽💖
I just went through a miscarriage and I was in such a dark place! This podcast, the words, the knowledge reminded me of the power I have to move forward. I got this! God has a much bigger plan that I can’t understand YET but I know it’s great
I love her spirit! She has a lot to share and she is purposeful and intentional with the way she represents herself. We are still thinking about you Lauren and I hope your grieving process is still a healing process.
It’s so sad when she says going on 3 years for nips death because we are actually going on 5 years since he transitioned 😢 grief is tough and sometimes God has a way of blocking out very traumatic things and periods in our lives in order to cope and just survive them. Love this interview love Lauren!!!!
I just lost my mother a month ago and listening to this interview was what I needed. Hearing Lauren talk about not wanting to be a victim of her trauma identified with me so much because since losing my mother, I have entered this journey of life where I am rediscovering who I am. Taking care of my mother for 15 years has been most if not all of my identity and who I've become, I'm now unlearning and finding my highest, most authentic self again. Every single day is a journey in itself and I just want to experience joy again. Thank you Michael and Lauren for this interview. ❤🙏🏾
I just love how important it is for her to be aware of her well being… and how she is still conscious enough to know when she not in her best version of herself with depression and trauma. Very inspirational for me
Omg I’m so happy you asked Lauren about if Nipsey comes and says hello to her. I’m so happy to hear they are still connected and happy to hear that she wants to heal the trauma ❤

I’ve also admired Lauren. Absolutely loved Nipsey and her together. This interview was so beautiful. I can only imagine the pain and the simple fact that shes not stagnant and continuing to evolve through love and spirituality is very inspiring. I know it’s not easy. She has a lovely spirit, you can tell. Great interview. Thank you for curating and sharing.

Love her❤❤❤❤❤
I have to put her newest movie on my list. I love Lauren’s heart, soul, and mind. She is absolutely divine. Her growth in her self love journey has motivated my own journey. Such a inspiration for empowerment. I’m glad her light brought me to this channel!
It’s 7:52 am on Oct 5, 2023…..I NEEDED this so badly this morning.

Her energy comes across as super grounded. I've always loved her as an actress. This interview showed me a deeper side of her. I'm inspired! I love her even more now❣️
And I made a list of the books she mentioned so I can look into them and possibly read one or more. ❤
Lauren has such a sweet and genuine spirit💕
