  • On today’s Life Question of the Week, Michael responds to someone asking how to stop feeling like they’re just living in survival mode and tap into the vision for their life.
Next, Michael sits with television and film actor and long-time Agape member Lauren London whose numerous film and TV credits include, “ATL,” “Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family,” the Netflix hit “You People,” HBO’s “Entourage”, and BET’s “Games People Play,” among many others.
Today, Michael and Lauren’s heart-warming, penetrative, and moving conversation talk about:
-Lauren’s childhood growing up in Los Angeles and her early, personal relationship with God and Agape
-Her rebellious teen years and how a dream she had at age 19 awakened her spiritually
-Navigating loss and moving from feeling like a victim of life to intentionally participating in life
-How she’s reprogrammed herself from growing through pain and chaos to choosing to grow and learn through peace and joy, and the spiritual practices that support her-and a whole lot more!
And as always, Michael concludes this episode with a brief meditation that encapsulates the energy of their conversation.

I have adopted this method in my early 30's. In addition, I don't give myself to the world until 10am. I wake up each day at 4:30am --- which I pray and mediate. From 5am - 7am, I go to the gym; thereafter, 7am to 10am, I prep for the day with silence, writing, reading and speaking daily affirmations. I don't respond to anyone or anything until 10am and I don't do after 10:00pm. There is 24 hours in a day, I give 50% to the world, and 50% to myself. This help me to stay centered and intentional on how I need to be present, self aware and not allow the masses to pull me in the negative.

I would love if Lauren would write a book, either a autobiography or some sort of wisdom level book. I remember her interview from 2009 where she always spoke deeply about things, and clearly thought out responses before she answered them. Before spiritual speaking was popular or even somewhat of a trend Lauren was speaking on these things. Pls write a book Lauren🙏🏽

Jesus Christ. Remember…The SUN is the SON in Freemasonry as well as all the ancient mystery schools. This public ritual murder was invoking the energies of the allegory of Jesus Christ or more directly Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for the world.
Notice the numbers of black rappers with tattoos of crosses on their faces?
Remember even Nipsey’s son was named KROSS. Why? Did he choose the name? Could London be the link? Remember she has a child with Lil’ Wayne as well (pictured above) and is marked for sacrifice.
On the day of Nipsey’s murder in the time of Christ, March 31st this happened.
Jesus, as he travels during the morning back to Jerusalem, becomes hungry. He spots a fig tree and goes to it hoping to find figs. Finding only leaves he says to the tree “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again” (Mark 11:14). He arrives at the temple and casts out the money changers and dove sellers, saying the following.
Nipsey’s murder happened on the only day Jesus ever showed anger or violence. This was the act which turned the forces against him and led to his DEATH/SACRIFICE.

I just lost my mother a month ago and listening to this interview was what I needed. Hearing Lauren talk about not wanting to be a victim of her trauma identified with me so much because since losing my mother, I have entered this journey of life where I am rediscovering who I am. Taking care of my mother for 15 years has been most if not all of my identity and who I've become, I'm now unlearning and finding my highest, most authentic self again. Every single day is a journey in itself and I just want to experience joy again. Thank you Michael and Lauren for this interview. ❤🙏🏾

Lauren is such a beautiful person; physically and more importantly spiritually. I admire her spiritually awareness, I learn so much from listening to her. She has demonstrated incredible strength and resilience after enduring such tragedy.

Wow. The part where she says music stays in subconscious. I so resonated. I too have a difficult time surrendering and I hear music lyrics too. I consider them “downloads”

People from Los Angeles C.A, share a secret, but yet we talk about it. If you're between the age of 35to50 your parents were probably on drugs. We lived right up on the poverty levels, meaning not very far from the site of skidrow. The gangs hunted each other daily. Prostitution was right outside your door 🚪 I am from East Los Angeles where you were lucky if you lived past 18 years of age. Growing up I was at a funeral just about every 2weeks no lie. I maid it through, now I understand that there's a level of strength 💪🏾 🙏🏾 that comes with surviving a horrible childhood. ❤🙏🏾💪🏾💯

I think all urban cities share the secret of war and survival, especially those who are from the 70's and 80's.
