Take a gift - fresh tomato sauce

Continuing with the 2nd of three 'shorts' I am showing you how to make the second 'gift'. The fresh tomato sauce is made from large tomatoes - at their best in summer time, but still enjoyable in winter if lightly cooked with garlic and basil. Your gift can include a link to the instructions I am showing and also a small bunch of fresh aromatic basil. This is the one ingredient that may not be easily found, but is available in many supermarkets.
