I have to say that I never even cooked ribs until I got my AF. Apartment living comes with a lot of grilling restrictions. Since I got my AF, I'm started to experiment with cooking foods that would normally be grilled. I LOVE my AF.

Spicy Lemongrass Flanken Cut Ribs, an alternate cut, aka: "LA galbi", with bones along the edge. The cut is small n thin so it takes less time which is great for AF. Marinate with little bit of corn starch n egg (egg cooks at lower temperature than meat so it seals the juice inside the meat making it juicy inside. Brush some oil, so oil can fry the starch on the outside create interesting contrasting texture). Leave meat at room temp . Broil 450F for 10 min total. Flip at 7min.

I have had the product for a few months now, and it is super simple to use ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB I have perfected steak and chicken which is mainly what I have cooked in it. I do not use any oil at all, and the food comes out tasty every time. No issues, easy to use, easy to clean. I bought an accessory kit with extra things for it, and having a small metal rack in it definitely shows a little wear in the coating from sliding around a little. The coating could have been a little thicker. I have been pretty cautious with it, but its inevitable I suppose when you put something metal (cosori product) in it. Highly recommended product!

Try cooking/af them cut singly. Gives all edges the killer bacon like crust. Add a brine for long soak to help keep em moist depending on texture you’re goin for.

Just a suggestion to everyone. Set the air fryer timer longer than 20 minutes and use ur watch to take them out the first time. During the time, where she's basting the ribs to go back in, the air fryer is already off and cooling down.

The spice rub is delicious. However, my ribs were underdone after the full 40 minutes cook time, pink and gummy in the middle. I sliced them into individual ribs and then put them back in for two more 10 minute sessions. Next time I think I will pre-cook them in the Instant Pot for maybe 10-15 minutes and then switch to the air fryer. I prefer ribs that fall off the bone, and these did not do that. But they were delicious. That's a good spice blend.

Top tip when the ribs come out the foil brush the underside first as the natural curve of the rib stops it from smothering all that BBQ sauce over your chopping board when you turn to coat the meat side. She did it the opposite way around wasting a shit ton of sauce on the board!
