I have been doing this for over 2 years. I cut them up before putting them in the fryer. I cook them at 370 and for 20 minutes plus 5 for bbq sauce. Rib tips are done separately.. Good job.

One hint that I use to more smoked flavor is to mix some liquid smoke in the marinade, and it tastes like it came out of the wood fired oven! Great job, secret is the low cooking temperature which leaves the juices inside to tenderize the meat, not steaming them off, and drying out the meat!

  • @chipbutta406

I started cooking my baby B ribs in a Instant Pot with a similar marinade on the wire rack with one cup of water in the Insta pot for25 minutes. After I grill them on high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes they’re perfect. In the winter I may try them on my air fryer!

Very nice and relaxed presentation. You had a good pace, and not in any hurry like a lot of these presentations are. You slowly went through the mixing of the ingredients and told us how much of each, and eased us through the process. Nicely done. I'm going to try your method and see if I do as well as you do in the result.

Just a tip, You should add the marinade to your meat in the food saver bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours. After the marinade has solidified use you vacuum machine remove the air and seal it. Allot less mess than with liquid.

I I just brush a light coating of stir fry garlic infused oil, and Montreal steak seasoning. 400 Degrees, 6 minutes per side, for medium, let rest in Air fryer for a few minutes. Depending on the thickness of the meat, you may need to adjust the time.
