Just a tip, You should add the marinade to your meat in the food saver bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours. After the marinade has solidified use you vacuum machine remove the air and seal it. Allot less mess than with liquid.

Air Fry is the way to cook. I cook pork ribs in around 10 minutes. Really, I no longer use the stove.
    Fish, steak, ribs, cheesecake.
    Easy cleanup, too.

I I just brush a light coating of stir fry garlic infused oil, and Montreal steak seasoning. 400 Degrees, 6 minutes per side, for medium, let rest in Air fryer for a few minutes. Depending on the thickness of the meat, you may need to adjust the time.

One hint that I use to more smoked flavor is to mix some liquid smoke in the marinade, and it tastes like it came out of the wood fired oven! Great job, secret is the low cooking temperature which leaves the juices inside to tenderize the meat, not steaming them off, and drying out the meat!

What brand of air fryer do you have and do you have any problems with it?

It's an Omorc. I've used it many times and, so far, I've had no problems with it. Thanks for the question. -Dennis

Did you have to use the grill plate or do you cook the ribs without the grill plate?

My air fryer doesn't have a grill plate. I used only the basket.

What brand & size of air fryer are you using? I'm trying to find one that doesn't take up so much counter space but is big enough to cook in.

It's an Omorc 6 quart. They do take up a lot of space. When I'm not using mine I store it out in the shed (where it is right now). -Dennis

My observation after having one for several years is that the common sized one is not large enough, even for 2 people. I did some fish yesterday, and it took 3 cycles. The problem is that the bottom is too small, layering of the food being cooked is not practicable. Potatoes are an exception, as they can be flipped.
