@@anniessmokingpot Yeah I've had it for a bit but have only recently have I discovered just how good it can cook some of my favorite foods. And it makes it a little bit healthier for a lot of those meals.
@Turkey Man definitely.... anything you can deep fry, you can air fry and with a little oil mister you won't know the difference... except maybe how less greasy your fingers are lol..I hope you'll check out my channel 😀 Annie
Sam- in the next cookbook, can you add QR codes that take you to the video of you making the recipe? Or playlists for ingredients- like chili crunch and all the stuff you do with it?
We tried the whole air fryer chicken last night... and wow! It needed a little more time due to the size, but the skin was perfectly flavored and so crisp!!!! Amazing Sam!
Using the air fryer during the summer is the best because you don't have to heat up the oven! Living in SoCal, it makes a world of difference. Thank you, Sam & Co, for keeping us cool out in the IE! ❤❤❤
Doesn't heat up the kitchen either. Even small spaces, like caravans or camping trailers, don't heat up. They're great. Must be kept clean inside though, or they'll smoke as prior fats burn off.
My sister bought me an air fryer 4 years ago and to this day, I probably use it more than anything else! One of the best gifts I've ever received! Awesome recipe Sam
Sam is such a riot. Maybe I’m a sadist, but I always rewatch the parts when he miscalculates how hot something is when he pops it into his mouth (6:53) maybe 4-5 times. This is my happy place. Thanks for the great vids and recipes. Love you guys.
I made both the meatballs and the chicken thighs today. The only change I made is that I used roasted garlic paste and the results were amazing! Sam, thanks again for the awesome recipes, you've made me look like a genius in the kitchen.
Love the channel guys. Sam, the relationship you have with your sons is amazing. Kudos to you and your (shy) wife. Job well done. So happy your adding more Air Fryer recipes. I'd be lost (and hungry) without my AF. Cooking re-heating everything comes out as good AF!
love your videos~ i personally use my air fryer for 75% of our cooking. best kitchen appliance ever imho... the short cooking time, the power you save, win, win...
I just made the meatballs. Man were they fantastic. Hubby doesn't like spicy so I used regular sesame oil. We had it over rice with broccoli sauteed in butter, garlic and soy sauce. Would love more air fryer recipes.
Sam you are such an inspiration. I removed the dust off my air fryer (that I never use - guilty) and am ready to rock and roll with a whole chicken. Here goes .... Thanks for the nudge ... An hour and a half later ... OMG, best chicken ever :) The air fryer has found a new place on my kitchen counter. I must check on other air fryer recipes you have done. "Your the Man!"
Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!
Wow ! It all looks great, but that whole chicken looks amazing. We're new to the whole Air Fryer thing, so all recipes are appreciated. BTW, we cook a lot of your other recipes. Love the videos, you guys are fantastic.
If I had to choose between my air fryer and my dishwasher, I would chose my air fryer. I love it. I use it everyday. I've even made Yorkshire puddings in it. Add some sesame seeds to the schnitzel panko crumbs. So yummy.
Made the chicken meat balls. Came out great. I did make one change. After I had them all laid out on the sheet pan I thought, why do I want to cram all these into my air fryer and in batches, when I can just leave them on the sheet pan and throw into my conventional oven? Which I did. 400º F for 20 min. Spread sauce over them with basting brush and switched to broiler mode for a couple of minutes. Great recipe.
I just bought an AF (sorry, couldn't resist) yesterday and it's due to arrive in a couple of days, so I am looking forward to trying some of these recipes. Thank you. (I was gonna buy a toaster oven too, but then I searched to see if I can use the AF to toast bagels; good news, yes you can, so I don't need the toaster oven).
Love all your videos. The only problem I have is finding the ingredients you use. For example I can find chicken thighs that are boneless, but none with skin.
I love my air fryer too! It's a great way to cook ****, "stuff"😄. Love your cooking videos. Just bought a new larger air fryer this week with adjustable temp settings, and I will have to try some of your recipes soon 🥰
My wife brought an air fryer into our marriage a few years ago and albeit there are good uses for it so far it’s not my go to cooking device. All 4 of these recipes look amazing! We’re going to give our stepchild of cooking devices a new chance now.
We do the grape meathballs (beef) every year and potluck for xmas. 1 jar of grape jelly, 2 jars of chili sauce, and a bag of kirkland meatballs. Takes seconds to throw together and ready to eat by lunch slowcooking at the pot luck.
There actually were several devices toothpaste companies tried out in the 80s and 90s, but turns out they added cost with little benefit and customers didn't want them. We had a Mentadent brand one for a while when I was growing up.
I'm a hairdresser and I have one of those tube keys... Best 4 dollars I've ever spent. I not only use it for my color tubes but my tomato paste tubes as well.
Thank you for confirming that cooking a whole chicken in the Air Fryer is possible.. I have done it many times! It comes out super juicy and tender! Love your style! Please don't change a thing!
I have an air fryer but it isn't as big as yours, I do love it tho' and do all sorts of things in it. Pork chops are good, sausages too, chicken thighs. What really hit me tho' was that grape jelly and chili sauce. Now we don't get grape jelly in Ireland so I am going to try a rich blackcurrant jelly and see how that turns out. ~Drools ~ lol ...Thanks for the ideas :)
The air fryer is something that we have that I never think to use unless it's for a small amount of something out of the freezer.... thanks for helping show us the way!
Dude, I'm from Tijuana in baja , love what you share with us, long time fan since Chanel 6 in san Diego. A recipe that i share with friends it's the left over pizza omelet and the Portobello mushrooms 🍄 burgers. I watch this with my son who's 12 years old and he always say's time let's try and do that.
Would you consider doing an episode on just making sauces that you can store and use for different things. I watched the episode you did a couple of years ago on spicy garlic fried chicken and that sauce is fantastic. I always have a squeezy bottle of it in the fridge and put it on loads of stuff.
I love the garlic, ginger etc in the tube but you can get them in cube form in the frozen food section. I think Trader Joe's has them and I think Smart and Final has them too. Or you know you can make your own....
Chicken! Chicken! Chicken 🐔 ❤! These r some great Chicken 🐔 recipes and easy! My air fryer has been recalled so I need to cut ✂️ the cord on it and email the company a couple photos 📷 so they can send me a newer version. I 💙 using my air fryer to cook alot of great foods. I haven't tried to cook a whole chicken. I'm definitely going to give it a try! I 💙 chicken 🐔! Thanks again guys! Much ❤ and support from SC!
Yes!! More air fryer recipes PLEASE!
@YaNKee R ..I couldn't live without my air fryer, that's for sure lol..I have some air fryer recipes on my channel if you are interested :-)

This is an really an awesome idea.
Very cool idea indeed.
Or you can learn something for your survival😂
Or describe how to wipe an arse
@Sam give him a contract!
Look at it, the sun is out in SD today...I love my airfryer. It is a wonderful kitchen item for us single people...Thanks Sam..
We tried the whole air fryer chicken last night... and wow! It needed a little more time due to the size, but the skin was perfectly flavored and so crisp!!!! Amazing Sam!
The authenticity is what makes this show great… NO MAX he should not write a script

I agree. I bought a big air fryer a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier with it.
My sister bought me an air fryer 4 years ago and to this day, I probably use it more than anything else! One of the best gifts I've ever received! Awesome recipe Sam

Thanks for the great vids and recipes. Love you guys.
That, and when he wipes is mouth with the entire roll of paper towels!
Chance is lucky to have an awesome cook as a dad, gets to eat good all day everyday
Hi Robert,
Max is Sam’s son, Chance is not :)
F Max he’s mad corny b
Max gonna get butt hurt with this one for sure
Max needs to stop talking. He's not funny and slows the pace of the videos.
You never said how big the whole chicken was.
I made both the meatballs and the chicken thighs today. The only change I made is that I used roasted garlic paste and the results were amazing! Sam, thanks again for the awesome recipes, you've made me look like a genius in the kitchen.
cook ur dog plz or cat or any pet if not ur kids if not ur asss
I just bought one yesterday and I’m obsessed!!! I had not been living!!!

Only Max is his son. Chance isnt.
Tried the whole chicken. OMG. Best chicken I’ve ever had. Brown sugar is a game changer!

Spamming his own channel, though this leads to something random.
This reads suspiciously like an advert bot.
butter under the chickens's skin is a game changer. Also filling the chicken's inside with herbs and oranges or lemons adds to the taste
My wife approves of the chili crunch on the chicken thighs. We loved it! Thanks Sam
Wow ! It all looks great, but that whole chicken looks amazing. We're new to the whole Air Fryer thing, so all recipes are appreciated. BTW, we cook a lot of your other recipes. Love the videos, you guys are fantastic.
Asian style sauces are so simple and easy to change up for different dishes but so incredible
jelly and BBQ sauce my mom has used for 50 yrs for little smokies
Outstanding! My only question is did you have to continuously open the “AF” 😅 to check the temperature of the chicken?
If I had to choose between my air fryer and my dishwasher, I would chose my air fryer. I love it. I use it everyday. I've even made Yorkshire puddings in it. Add some sesame seeds to the schnitzel panko crumbs. So yummy.
I didn’t see in your list of the type of air fryer using. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like a Power Air Fryer XL
Made the chicken meat balls. Came out great. I did make one change. I'm going to try this whole chicken recipe for my cornish hens, probably less time?
I Airfry Chicken Thighs (Skin on, with Bone) in different marinades.I'm finding the perfect time to cook, but the skin comes out amazing.
I just tried chili crunch for the first time and I love it, I'm definitely going to be experimenting with in the future.
Chicken is now on the menu all weekend long. Ty fir the recipe videos
Its on the menu 80% of the time at our house lol
Grape Jelly, Sriracha & a drizzle of sesame oil.
I dip my seared tuna in it. Delicious!
I love my AF. I season the meat, bot the flour. Then I am sure it is seasoned. Chicken wings in the AF are amazing.
Same. Always season the meat. Never the flour.
Yes!!!! More AF recipes. Maybe even a new cookbook idea
Definitely gotta try the whole chicken in our air fryer! Thanks Sam!
Love all your videos. The only problem I have is finding the ingredients you use. For example I can find chicken thighs that are boneless, but none with skin.
YES! I've been hoping to see more recipes like these. Thanks guys 👏👏😁
I love my air fryer too! It's a great way to cook ****, "stuff"😄. Love your cooking videos. Just bought a new larger air fryer this week with adjustable temp settings, and I will have to try some of your recipes soon 🥰
I also am in love with the shiitake mushroom.
Hot Roux, Cold liquid, no lumps. - Chef John. And it works 100% of the time.
Thank you so much for the air fryer videos.
the best air fryer breading is ground-up Corn Flakes. has plenty of oil built in so you don't have to even spray with oil. browns nicely.
great video. I just got one and looking forward to using it. Thanks for the recipes

I love this channel. Thank you for existing. I am saving money to build a great backyard kitchen like yours. I'm a fan.
Max Vs. Hunter! That would be awesome! LETS GET IT ON!!! 🔔🔔🔔
We do the grape meathballs (beef) every year and potluck for xmas. 1 jar of grape jelly, 2 jars of chili sauce, and a bag of kirkland meatballs. Takes seconds to throw together and ready to eat by lunch slowcooking at the pot luck.
Thank you so much for the air fryer recipes! I can't wait to try all of these! Cutting down on red meat has been super hard. ❤️
I swear by the jelly and Chilli sause been doing it for almost 30 years for Christmas every year
There actually were several devices toothpaste companies tried out in the 80s and 90s, but turns out they added cost with little benefit and customers didn't want them. We had a Mentadent brand one for a while when I was growing up.
Nothing better than still being buzzed at 6am and watching STCG’s videos
I do believe whomever was editing may have been partaking in edibles. Next up….schnitzel, but it wasn’t schnitzel. Was it good? 😂
"and now we make meatballs" didn't we just see the meatballs? Glad it wasn't just me
Must’ve been a little on the high side while editing. 😂
I was about to comment the same thing 😃.
Lmfao thank you, I’ve been drinking for a while and thought I may have misheard what he said 😝😂
I thought it was me that was stoned.

Use the chilli sauce with a can of cranberry sauce. Tangy and delicious.
The air fryer is something that we have that I never think to use unless it's for a small amount of something out of the freezer.... thanks for helping show us the way!
What spary are you using for spraying the food basket?
Could you prepare a beef Wellington. I’ve always wanted to see how it’s done.
Love Max’s dish. Where did you get it? 🙏🏼
Just bought a air fryer last week and needed recipes beyond prepackaged things and here we are lol
OMG! You literally cooked it perfect!

Very good recipe, but I had to double the time 20min at 380 to get to 165 degrees. Great recipe
What kind of spray are you using on the chicken cutlet flipping it in the air fryer covered with mushrooms???
That looks good, oh and by the way your new book is awesome every one should have one for the summer!!!
Would you consider doing an episode on just making sauces that you can store and use for different things. I watched the episode you did a couple of years ago on spicy garlic fried chicken and that sauce is fantastic. I always have a squeezy bottle of it in the fridge and put it on loads of stuff.
I use grape jelly and chill sauce for little Smokey's
That sauce works great with Lil Smokies. Give that a try!!
Great recipes!!!
What temp did u use for the whole chicken?
Sam you are insanely inspiring and fun! You have sold me on an Air Fryer!!! That Schnitzel IS THE SHIZZLE! Dang!
Hunter vs Max in an epic cook off LETS GO BOYS!!!
Can you add the little metal trays you used for battering the chicken to your essentials link?
Hey Sam!
Happy hump day to all.
Can’t wait to make this recipe, looks amazing.
Just flipped this bird!! My house is smelling amazing rn. Merry Christmas, yall!!
Great video! Where do I get chili crunch?
For those wondering where Max got that tune from for the intro, it's the song Lost in Your Iyes... by AyEl The Great.
Looks great. In UK we cannot get ‘Chilli Crunch’. Any suggestions for substitutes?
Love watching your show. I want to thank you and the family for all your hard work in making these videos 🙏
A whole chicken in the airfryer! Wow 🤯 I LIKE IT!
Instant pot and air fryer series!!!!
Tonight’s dinner!! Excellent 😊
This recipe looks so yummy and delicious. you prepared it so perfectly. Thanks for sharing 🤝stay connected 🤝 always my friend stay blessed. 👍
As I eat my air fried chicken I’m pumped for new recipes
Hey Sam
Make your own version of the beef Wellington 🐂
Cheers from San Diego California
These looked so good I want to try all three. Are there links to te recipes? I can find them.
Help me out with the chilli crunch, where can I find it and is theee a brand??
Ref; video today 3/8/23 noon.
Love the videos!
Chicken thighs + Air Fryer = DELICIOUSNESS FOREVER!
Great one always learn something new appreciate y'all 😊 from Jacksonville FL
Crazy when I'm making my chicken gravy some what like you did, I use chicken broth, since I'm putting it over chicken and not beef.
You should get a danish whisk for Max he can use it to mix heavy dough but it also works well for ground meats like making meatballs and such.
All of these look fantastic!
One good neutral oil for the chicken is canola. Has a mild flavor with a high smoke point.
Avocado oil has a higher smoke point.
GM How do you prepare the butter you put in your steak? Thank you
I love the garlic, ginger etc in the tube but you can get them in cube form in the frozen food section. I think Trader Joe's has them and I think Smart and Final has them too. Or you know you can make your own....
Love the fry pans. Can you link them?
Outstanding Editing.. LOL.. Food looks awesome!!!
