Thank you for these simple yet very helpful tips!
My biggest issue is hot flashes that wake me up with a racing heart and breathing quicker. Hope I can relearn this new breathing pattern so as to reduce these episodes.

What would be considered good, or optimal, for breaths per minute during sleep?

      Awesome to hear!!
Can you share what exercises you used and for how long or times per day? Or is it just a focus on nose breathing in general that helped you?
My nose is almost akways blocked and dry since having covid 2 months ago....very frustrating and anxiety producing.
