Awesome to hear!! Can you share what exercises you used and for how long or times per day? Or is it just a focus on nose breathing in general that helped you? My nose is almost akways blocked and dry since having covid 2 months ago....very frustrating and anxiety producing.

What would be considered good, or optimal, for breaths per minute during sleep?
Within a couple of minutes?!!! I don't sleep all night... 😲 😳
