That was wonderful....I just have the most difficult time trying to relax my face and forehead! It's all my brain focuses on...will that eventually diminish the more I practice?

@Natalia-rz8lp: I agree, the rendition is way too fast for a calming sleep meditation. It could be so much better because there is a good foundation there, but I had to stop listening to this to help me go to sleep.
Sorry... talking too much, too fast... can't really relax...
