Level: Beginner/Intermediate
If you don't have dumbbells you can use:
* 2 water bottles (1 16.9oz bottle is approximately 1 lb)
* 2 glass jars of sauce (1 24oz jar is approximately 1.5 lbs) or
* 2 cans (1 16oz can is approximately 1 lb).

This is a pilates workout to sculpt your upper body. It is a wall pilates with weights workout, designed to add more challenge with resistance training from weights. This can be a wall pilates workout for beginners, as there are modifications to adjust the exercises. This is a wall pilates workout for arms. This is a pilates workout for arm fat as increasing muscle in the arms through resistance training can assist in changing the appearance of the arms. This is low impact pilates workout on wall. This routine can be supportive of those who have weight loss goals and are looking for a wall pilates workout for fat loss. This workout will be a part of a 28 day wall pilates challenge coming soon! This is an under 15 min low impact pilates workout and can be done on its own or in combination with another workout. I have linked a wall pilates ab workout and wall pilates lower body workout to this video.

Yes absolutely! It builds up with time.. these are the shorter ones in the first week! And from here I have challenges that get longer and more challenging 😀

Proud of everyone! I especially proud of myself cuz i finished day 2 too!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 cuz it was too hard for me, i am suffering from cubital tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and fibromyalgia at the same time so my elbows, lower arms and hands are in terrible situations, zero strength, too many pain like a truck id crushing my hands.. numbness and everything so I just tried to move my arms without dumbbells. but I really proud of myself... thank God I finished today’s workout too!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Started your wall pilates challenge again after taking a couple weeks off due to crazy work schedule. It's amazing after 2 days I'm already feeling less tense in my lower back.
Day 2 complete! I agree with some of the other comments that 20 min is perfect to not feel overwhelmed by building exercise as a habit :)

Day 19 (13th July 2024)It's the weekend !!!Long week at work and suffering with hay fever but have kept the motivation up and got todays work out done just after waking up!

Thank you for these workouts ❤ I have pcos and I’ve been reading that low impact and strengthening workouts, like Pilates, are healing for pcos. Your videos are long enough for me to feel like I’m working out and short enough to allow me to be consistent!

So good-I haven't done pilates in over 2 years, injust finished the warm-up, and then day 1 of the 28-day challenge, and I can already feel that I am going to be sore! So good, happy I found this. I am trying to get back on track with self care, and this seems like the best way to do it. Small steps that make a difference

I am using your wall pilates challenge to get back into exercise after 2 years on & off due to a bilateral feet injury that required extensive surgery. I finally got the clear to get back into a routine & I am so happy to finally start exercising again! Looking forward to knowing how I will feel after the 28 day challenge ✨

Day 2 done! Still working on my form when I lift myself, but I definitely improved and felt it more in my glutes! I did have to stand for the workouts, I look forward to improving my core strength and do this once again. 🎉

Hi Rachel, thanks very much for this program. I have severe knee arthritis and I keep spraining my ankle, so I was struggling with most exercise programs. You wouldn't think "low impact" would be a lie!! 🤷♀️
Wall Pilates was recommended to me instead, and I find I can follow your videos very well so far. Thanks for putting them together, and I'm going to stick with the 28 day challenge!!

Thank you so much for these videos! I had started working out faithfully for 2 year in my mid forties then developed tendinitus in both shoulders. That lead to a frustrating experience where everytime I tried a new kind of work out, I injured myself. Spraining my ankle while running, throwing my back out doing inclines on a treadmill, anything you could think of. I enjoy working out and had always considered myself strong and I was beginning to lose hope of finding something I could actually do to gently rebuild my strength and tone without injury. This plan is exactly what I need and the videos are short enough that I don't talk myself out if it! Thank you!!!

I’m so happy to have found your site! I’ve done yoga for 20+ years (off and on), but I have noticed my body can’t handle it anymore. I learned, only about 10 years ago, that I have hypermobility, which only seems to be getting worse now that I’m nearing 50. I simply cannot handle any weight baring on my wrists, or fingers. This is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for making these videos.
