  • SHOULDER Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) - move your joints through their full range of motion every day. This works as both an assessment and an exercise of exerting enough internal tension. As an exercise work to carve deeper into the circle with each rotation. As an assessment notice if there is any tightness or pinching. If there is a painful pinch, skip over this area, as it could indicate a joint problem.
Be sure to consult your current treating physician prior to doing any exercises featured.
If you ever experience pain or are apprehensive, stop immediately and seek advice for your doctor or consult an emergency physician.

Why not take it into full internal rotation so thumb ends up in mid t spine ???
