After two weeks of doing these moves my life has improved significantly because of these exercise❤🎉. I opted out of a hip arthroscopy in 2012 and a double hip replacement surgery in 2018 and 2019 after seeing that the joint didn't get worse in the 10 year period from 2010 til 2020 when I had X-rays done again and was diagnosed with FAI. I've seen a D. O. and I still see a chiropractor. I'm gonna show your channel to him. This is the first time in 25 years Ive had no hip pain I've done meds steroids natural no surgery no relief till now.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 😭 tears of joy. THANK YOU ❤
I had it done 5 months back. Im still in pain, which I feel is more muscular. My back still hurts the same way as before due to compensation. My RoM definitely improved after surgery( a Labral tear was repaired as well). Every doc i have consulted (7+) have given me upto 10 years untill I need a hip replacement despite the arthroscopy. I have mild OA. Im still terrified to do any of these exercises, as I have regressed multiple times post surgery while PT doing some absurd routine
Dude. I've been in constant pain since covid. I am battling to get off the pain meds and for once it seems like I'm winning. All because of you.
Just want to say thank you!
Same here man! Ive come a long way since covid and with his videos I feel Im figuring out what I need to do to work through these injuries. Dont give up! The one positive thing we get from it (besides a ton of frustration) is that we are forced to learn new things. Once we're injury free well definitely be stronger than we were before.

Trye story! Keeping an open mind and positive attitude is already half the battle!
After spending lots of money visiting the chiropractors, and stretchlabs, you have single-handedly changed my life for virtually $0 (zero dollars)! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was able to walk 2 miles after one day of this exercise. I know this does not seem a lot, but before this, I could barely sit or stand for an hour straight without being in severe pain from the the side of my hip and glute pulling on me. Thank you!
You didn't even have to buy the bands?
I’m happy for you
These are these exact exercises my PT had me doing a few years ago after an MRI showed hip impingement. Doing these daily made my pain disappear!
Did your pain ever come back
How often were you doing these exercises
Any Labral Tears?
Lost my strength and balance after a year recovery from accident and surgery, ended up so atrophiated,, following his videos is getting me back on track, not only physically but mentally and emotionally .... thank you so much for helping me get my good old self back.
How you're doing good now
Did the excercises one time and now my lower back pain is gone. Thank you so much!
Bro I got some hip bands, went instantly from not being able to squat 135 without pain to being able to squat 285 for 3 without pain, almost maximal strength for me, using them. My side glutes are actually sore which has never happened before.
Man I’m getting one tomorrow. I have the same problem, I literally have to squat like 3-4 warm up sets to even get my hips warm enough to move up
How long did it take you?
@@Awsme_JI might have to take that into consideration 👍🏾🧠
How did it go long term
@@Joe-wt6eh helped, but its important to do hip flexor work and I also switched up my squat technique to have a wider stance since it puts less pressure on the hip flexors. that caused some buttwink issues so im going back to a closer stance but it did help the hip pain.
I’m increasing weights on heavy hex-bar carries and this is exactly the work I need to do to improve stabily as the sets get heavier and-or longer. Thanks for all the great info you put out!
Really appreciate this routine man. Iv been suffering from hip pain / weakness for over 10 years. This is helping and hopefully the right direction to get muscle and stability back into these ol hips
These exercises are clutch. As someone who previously squatted over 400 and deadlifted over 500, my gluteus medius was close to non-existent. These exercises remedy this.
Hi Coach, I love your videos. For years, I’ve been healing an anterior tilt. These exercises just awoken every fiber that needed stretching & strengthening. TY😊
This guy right here?! He saved my quality of life.
Thank you. I have been doing this routine every morning.
Did these, and feel the burn adding them into my routine - thank you!!
These are great thanks. I’m 6 months our surgery for a labral tear in my hip and not seeing my PT anymore. These will be a great next-level routine before lifting!
yet another SUPERB instructional video DR. H 👌...I thank the Gods for stumbling across your channel when I did, wish I'd found it years earlier pre-injury
I learn so much from watching your videos. Keep up the good work!
I can't wait to try this.
I have weird hip pain while walking and squating.
I'm crossing my fingers this works.
So deceptively simple yet effective
Hip strength is exactly what I needed, thank you. Can make a similar video regarding low back pain.
A heartfelt thank you as usual! 🙏🏾🥳
I am studying in kinesiologie right now and your videos are helping so much thanks from Canada
god bless you bro, this helped my hip issue alot, you are helping so many people.
Strength Vs Stability 1:37. learned something, thank you!!
Thanks! Excellent guidance and demonstration.
great reminder of what my right hip needs!! .. doing this today! thank you!!
I can give you everything your right hip needs, my dear
Great content! Thank you for sharing all this. My hips feel hopeful again.
Excellent! Love all your instructional videos!
Love this video ! Doing this now for my hip impingement!
Fantastic video! This has been very helpful for me thank you.
Many thanks for your informative and interesting videos. Much appreciated your time and effort to make them.
This is GOLD . really appreciate it. ❤
Thank you SO MUCH for the videos you post. I've tried to "get back into shape" for a while now, but my shoulders and hips would start hurting every time, and I wouldn't be able to figure out how to make it stop. I get that pinching pain the in the front of my hips! And the rotator muscles in my shoulders are weak. I've only discovered this by watching your channel, and now I"m working on it! It's great to know where to start. Anyway, thanks again!
You are doing Gods work with these vids Doc.
Thank you! Great exercises, and so simple!
Will use these exercises for my leg day warm up! Thx!
I started front squatting and my inner quads locked up cramping that evening. Since then my hip has been out of alignment with periformas/sciatica pain in back and hip flexors to quads and burning sensation on my ankle. Using these vids to help improve as I have become an insomniac from the pain😢
I’ve been dealing with inner knee pain from my adductor (which obviously help to stabilize the hip) being tight and I tried the first two exercises and already felt a HUGE difference!!
This guy knows a lot. And his soundtracks are really good. He’s simply a PT beast.
You are excellent - brilliant exercises and demonstration - subscribed. I had THR 18 months ago and starting to do a bit of easy sprint sessions - up to 26 km/h - at 60 yo, but was thinking not pushing too hard - time to revisit those strengthening exercises - thank you.
Thank you! Can't wait to try these!
Holy crap, that Single leg kick out, is what I really needed! Thank you Doctor!
this exercises will be a huge help! Thank you!
Great exercises to add to my routine. Thanks ❤
Gotta be one of the most valuable channels eva.
Thank you Doc! So helpful!
Thanks for the info brother, always helpful.
So happy i found your channel. Greets from germany
Super helpful video. Thanks so much for sharing!
The best sports content !
Thanks so much
Thanks for work, doc!
I do these every so often and it helps a lot. I have pain in my left hip
Yo. I woke up this morning with a lot of hip pain. Did these exercises and after the first two my hair pain was gone. Thanks so much for these, they have changed my training and my body for the better.
awesome video, thanks
Thank you so much! My hips are feeling than they have in months.
Def gonna start adding this to my workout
Wow! Can’t wait to try these!
Brilliant content, thank you.
You really made researching easier ❤
These have really exposed how unstable my hips are. I'm wobbly and can barely keep my balance during the one leg movements. I'm going to work on these and hopefully see improvement over time.
Yeah, I need to hold something to stabilise my trunk during the one leg movements
Thank you ,lots of love❤
Excellent job 🥊
I have had great success with the ''Hosre Stance'' (or Sumo Stance), extremely wide, holding it for 3 sets of 20 seconds, with 1 minute rest intervals in between sets.
It is still a warm-up exercise for me when I'm going into my front/side split workout.
Thank you very much for videos.
Great advice.
Thnks Sir👌🏾 Will tray it today.
Thanks!
Thanks doc im going to give this a serious go .
This guy is amazing.
Just what the Doctor order hip pain resurfaced that plagued me for a long time some years ago. I will do this as shown thankyou.
Thank you! This is gr8 stuff
This is to good. Thank you
Excellent video
Brilliant video thank you!
I'm guessing these are also pretty useful even after pain has subsided?
Hi Dr Aaoron, great information as usual thanks for sharing… If one side is stiffer than the other, should I just work that side only or is it wise to still work both sides, thanks in advance 🙌🏼👍🏼❤️
Thanks for these
Amazing 🙌🏻
Thank you so much
Love these! I suffer from bilateral post tibial tendinitis pain due to flat feet. Have you made any videos for this?
I just done my first full legs exercise at the gym 3 days ago. And this 2 days i try to walk 6000 steps and today i feel the hip pains. Seems like i need to do the exercise from this video t9 strenghten my hip. Thanks alot for the video😊
Very grateful 🙏
Going to try these for sure. I definitely have bursitis around my trochanter along with some pain on the lateral side of my leg right below my knee. Hoping this could help both.
You are literally a god in this field
lower trap strength and stability video a must! and a foot stability video!!!!!
Thanks another. Following your tips here in Sydney.
Can you please make kattlebell sumo squat tutorial video
Hello Dr Aaron, thank you so much for sharing ever time.
It’s been 4 months that I have a numb over the end of the vastus lateralis of my quads. I’ve been trying to strengthen glutes and vastus medialis but nothing worked. So what’s that? I don’t feel any pain and it doesn’t prevent me from doing any movement it’s just a numb and it doesn’t get away
Thanks doc for the exercises , definetly gonna try them. Can you help me with this condition.
When I do high knee Marching or simple lying leg raises type motion I feel a snapping or a clicking sensation with sound. Sometimes it hurts. Any information would be deeply appreciated.
This is a great video, thank you so much! My hip just started feeling unstable and weak and this is helping. How many sets and reps of each exercise should be done per side?
Excellent Video, scientific , factual
Could you discuss patella tendon tear? Specifically the exercises that help the athlete get better at squatting. I have notice that many have hip pain 2 years after injury.
Regarding the RNT hip airplane, would you recommend using the band in the opposite direction, (to pull the knee IN), to drive glute med activation; preventing the knee from collapsing?
Thanks again sir 🫡
Best trainer
I love your exercises, I always have good results with them. I've used a lot of your exercises but I still have one remaining issue for years... My hips and knees sound when I squat. I can squat 100lb but comes with pain in the feet above 3 reps, and I stop not because of the pain itself but because it feels either my hip or knee are going to give and break or something.
I can sort of squat single leg no problem though, but not too much weight (30lbs at most). What's going on? Still searching for a good PT in my area.
Amazing 😊
Hey bud,
Your video is excellent. Thank you. I have this one going issue with gracillis. Every morning stiff and clicking. I cannot play sports or even run.
Do you have some band assisted manouvres to help please?
Could you do a video on the proper way to run?
feels great
I have a pain on the left side where IT band is connected to the hip and down the shin on the same side, sometimes on the top of foot too when I draw and sit a lot of time. When I exercise it seems to go away then when I go back to sitting it comes back again. My mobility seems pretty good I can squat down ass to grass with no problem, no buttwink but I've noticed that I have poor stability even standing on one leg, my body starts to shake. Is all that pain can come of poor hip stability? Should I do these exercises before or after running?
