Thanks for the extensive and insightful video Jack! Wonderful to see you returning to YT with these kinds excercise (and life) supporting explanations :-) Peter
Never seen a video of yours before. Brilliant and can see how these exercises can support a (much improved) golf swing. I'm always told my shoulders are too stiff but not how to loosen them up. Thank you.
That first movement, which my brilliant PT calls the 'wall angel', solved my 'intractable' rotator cuff problem in just six weeks. I had gone almost two years with my rotator out of whack and was told I needed surgery. I did the wall angels diligently then one day I reached in the back seat of my car to grab something WITH NO PAIN. I couldn't believe it.
Thankyou so much for this video. I am into over six months of continuous lifting weights, - barbells, dumbbells, kettelbells and cables - at the gym, interspersed with different forms of cardio. I was unaware that I possessed a shoulder mobility problem. Thankyou for this timely pointer!!🙏
Thanks for the video. I have reasonable motion - except for the external rotation of my left arm, which I hurt skiing some years ago. The exercises you demonstrated seem to be aimed at improving general shoulder mobility, rather than this specific problem. Can you recommend an exercise to help improve external rotation?
One of the most complete explanation of the shoulder CARS exercise I have seen, clearly explaing compensations to avoid that other videos on youtube miss. A front view of the CAR in motion would help clarify it further I think. Also does that exercise working similiar in terms of improving mobility as the shoulder dislocate exercise that can be done with a stick? : ua-cam.com/video/SL8VAYpmpCQ/v-deo.html
My issue isn't joint mobility; it is a congenital issue that causes my joints to click when moving through the range of motion; like when doing leg lifts, arm raises, etc. Thankfully, my hips no longer begin to dislocate; like they used to when I was young. I have had issues with the fibula and tibula bones in my forearm seem to freeze up for a second and then pop hard enough to be very audible.
Thank you so much ! At 48 each time I try simple exercises and although being very precautious like push ups I get pain in my shoulders :-( I hope your exercises will help me !
Why haven't the producers of the Bond film series contacted this guy to be the next 007?
Too ripped
Because his name isn't Henry Cavill.
agree 👍 he is handsome, blue eyes, strong, english accent.
They are looking for you
too young.

Is that the assessment movement? Or the cat-cow exercise?
@@beorntwit711 Yeah the assessment movement. In itself it is a good therapy.
could you please do one for Anterior pelvic tilt?
This is excellent.
Great instructions!! Very helpful, thanks so much!👍👍

WOW -- thank you sir --- excellent mobility drills - slow and steady with great intention
Hey Jack, during the Shoulder CARs do we need to be actively engaging any muscles in our shoulders? I'm getting some popping and crunching.
Loving your explanation. Thanks
Looks like it’s going to help opening my shoulders. I’m going to try this out. Thanks!
Thanks for the best explanation
Compared to you I haven't got any shoulders, I just have a neck that goes all the way down to my waist. Bummer Dude.

"Brace the abs." errr... what abs?
Thank you for yours hard work, can you post something more complex about neck strenght and mobility?
Wow , your videos are always so informative . Thank you .🙏🌷
Would love to know more about hip joint mobility .
These are hard to do, I had to watch the video numerous times before I could do them lol...I will do these every day, thank you!
You make it all look way easier than it is! Found exercise 1 particularly tricky but useful. Thanks.
These exercises are great. I'm trying to concentrate on shoulders, which definitely need improvement.
That's excellent stuff! Thank you, such clear explanation and demo.
Thank you and excellent explanation and exercise solutions!
Hi Jack: Can these be used as therapeutic exercises by a lady at 50 with pain on her right shoulder?
Thank you for the clear instructions and demos - great little routine.
Always good to see you Jack!!🙌🏿👏🏾🧘🏾♂️😊💚🐲
I would like to know the best routine to grow shoulders... Thanks.
That is insane shoulder mobility. Wow.
will definately give these a go, they seem not too labor intensive with great benefits
This is Mr Skyrocket....... He got a serious impact......
I must of missed something here! What exercise was that?
His rear delt development and shoulder posture is insane
30years of judo and bad injury in snow board destroyed my shoulder mobility, i guess.
Very interesting. I've never seen those exercises before.
Gracias. Saludos desde México.
