Nobody who has never performed in synchronized swimming shall EVER KNOW how hard it is! We're talking holding your breath for 2,3 sometimes 4 minutes under water WHILE doing sincerely difficult moves WHILE making sure you're doing the exact same thing as every other girl in your squad. I haven't even gotten to the most difficult part yet. Your arms are moving like hummingbird wings to keep your body at the perfect level under water so all of your leg movements can be seen on the surface. That's the performance.. your legs and arms are just inches under the surface. That's done by 'skulling '...moving your hands in such a way to propell your body forward and backwards and to change your formation without making a ripple on the surface. They're meant to look like they are just floating and moving beautifully to the music being played in the water by special waterproof speakers. The audience can also hear their musica. I swam competitively in highschool and college. Sometimes the Syncro team would be practicing in the diving pool. To watch what they had to do while being upside down in the water doing all of these crazy dance moves while they have to hold sesigns in formation for several minuted ON ONE BREATH?.... they made what we did look weak! 😅 I swear to God! Those girls worked harder than ANY OTHER water sport on earth. Next time you see a chance to watch a synchronized swimming competition, you should go just to see for yourself how amazing it is!
That's amazing!! I watched the Olympics-24 and watched them coming out of the water after each routine. They were absolutely spent & learned then that those minutes were some of the most grueling minutes physically. Your details describing what it takes is even more impressing as their routines are so smoothly executed. I've always known that it was a really hard sport and appreciate you taking the time to inform us. Thank you.
That JROTC was fantastic. That's Gallatin High School in Sumner County Tennessee. I grew up down the road in Hendersonville, Tennessee and always enjoyed our Marine JROTC competing against Gallatin. Fierce competitors. The movements were perfect with no faults any where. Great job guys!! ❤
Regarding the skier's, while I found what they did enjoyable, I found that the guy recording them while going down the hill backwards was more impressive! LOL
I didn't believe they'd have Americans in synchronicity -- since we're all sooooo different from each other -- until they showed the Marines! BTW, I'm actually Chinese...because Walter Chronkite reported that "every 5th baby born in the world is Chinese" and I was the 5th of 7 Kelly kids.
5:21 I actually had a psychedelic trip just like this part of the video. I was playing apex and didn't even realize I had died in the game; I was spectating another player thinking I was still playing. I was in ego dissolution at that moment and then I looked to my sister in the room as her arms did that motion with an after image of all the other arms following behind, after that I had ego death and was convinced I was dead in another dimension.
The point of this video is to show various routines performed in synchronicity. If they were not, they would not be included in this video. Therefore, the constant voice over marvelling over how well they synchronize is akin to being amazed that fish swim in water.
Ah, the metronomes, explain that, how they change from random to oneness? You physically set a metronome for music lessons, yet in a random mass they can change themselves. No one comments on THIS!
There is a very sneaky edit in the metronomes. In the yellow column third from the right, the one that is second from the bottom is 180 out of sync. It is going left when the others are going right, and all of a sudden it is in perfect time with the rest. One frame it is perfectly out of sync, the next frame it isnt.
The narrator says “watch them all suddenly sync up in just a few seconds” - and they all sync up for a blink and then it’s done…many of them are not in sync so not sure what you mean?
@@frankjonathan8043 Back at ya. Honestly.....the weather in SAN DIEGO was decent. I did boot from THE VERY END OF JULY..to the beginning of October 91. I get it-Detroit could be cold. And Norfolk-I knew it well. Both ships that I was assigned to were homeported there. I had some good times there. But no one ever stripped in front of me☹
And every other country with a military or performing group. It's fun to watch people doing things almost exactly together. And that's Russia, China, India, England, etc.
Synchronicity is a psychological concept invented by Carl Jung. Synchronous movement happens when a multitude moves in synchrony, probably what you mean.
The Marines are doing what is known as a silent drill, because there is no accompanying music. Much respect for these men and women.
I wish this bloody video was silent. The stupid commentary drives me NUTS!
and those are live bayonets on their rifles, meaning they are very sharp
These people spend hours practicing, not hours on the internet!
No kidding! 😂
LOL
Yes they spend hours practising, but those who spend hours on the internet, watch them on the internet.
Dont knock sense into me 😂😂

"We're talking holding your breath for 2,3 sometimes 4 minutes under water" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 whaaaaaat do you smoke???
Google says avg is two minutes. 3, 4? Yeah, no.
Anything that looks that synchronous, simply has to be difficult, and involve years of training and practice, or everyone would be doing it 👍👍👍

I love the animals doing that because it’s natural and looks cute.

Nearly the top video I've ever seen on UA-cam. There's some incredible material in there!!!
Watching this feels like being on a global adventure from the comfort of your home.
Cats have OS 1.0 since 2.000.000 years - w/o updates. All work the same way... from tiny kitten up to lions, cheetas... I love them all!
Coordinating actions in unison is synchronisation, synchronicity is a Jungian phenomenon. Thankyou . A.Pedant
Mesmerizing!! Thanks ❤
Omg! Almost everyone commenting has stopping whining about the narrator and has now just focused on the content. That makes me very happy
I'm still holding out for when The Narrator gets back from vacation, tho.....
No we haven't stopped. And we're not going to stop until the dumb commentaries stop too.
just focused on the content, ignore the narrator
That's the thing, tho...the narrator is very good at narrating, and as such is PART of the content. I hope he really does come back.
I want that person to come back as soon as possible, I think it's better
Those men in the Marines are amazing. I 💜 Marines.
Excellent video ! Thank you for sharing
10:37 holy cow! That’s amazing! Going to search for more of those kinds of videos! Wow!
I can't believe how powerful this moment is. It's truly moving.
It’s actually synchronization, not synchronicity.
said Sting....
Some people give very bad commentary to videos. However I would have appreciated a bit of explanation about some of these.
❤ Salute to you my friend for making the internet a joyous experience.
30 minutes of research!! 😂❤
That was art. 👍
Very calming effects . Delightful to watch.
Os asiáticos levam essa coisa de sincronia à outro nível.
*They are truly professional athletes*
The taxi one seemed more like the front driver was being sn ass and not letting the rear driver pass

@5:15 It looks like a caterpillar walking (or running) on water. 😮❤❤ So cool!!!
My jaw dropped, my heart raced, and now I need to see it again.
In reference to the Marines, this is not how they practice marching. This is a special Marine drill team.
This video makes me happy

After too much Monty Python, I call these “Precision Swanning About.”

Unity is power. Not division.
This reminds me of NAVAL TRANING CENTER SAN DIEGO, CALI BOOTCAMP IN 1991.... We had some sophisticated marching patterns.
I went to boot camp in Great Lakes, Ill in 1970 and, yes, this reminded me of that training as well. Great to meet a fellow sailor.

Where are the JUNE TAYLOR DANCERS? Used to be on The Jackie Gleason Show in the 1960s!
Can you believe the sequence of events in those unbelievable moments caught on camera
HI guys. Have a nice weekend guys
I've seen the clip of the Silent Drill Platoon before. Heck, I saw that whole video on its own. It's amazing what practice does.
Not as good as the Norwegian Kings Guard
@@ColinAnderson-hy2oj Still, practice is ESSENTIAL.
Funny how human-synchronicity is prided most by North Korea and the USA
You forgot China and Japan
The DPRK, yeah they love mindless drones over there.
And every other country with a military or performing group. It's fun to watch people doing things almost exactly together. And that's Russia, China, India, England, etc.
Yet in the thumbnail one girl on right hand side of image has wrong leg up. Bet she hot a spanking lol
Mostly Asian. Not much pride in self control left in the US.
During the rehearsal, how many times did your face get hit by a trumpet? 😂
Why are some people so angry? If you don’t like the video, you don’t have to watch it.
I'm not sure if is the 'practice that makes perfect', or the fear of death that is the motivating force.
Which sequence does that apply to exactly!?!?
Synchronicity is a psychological concept invented by Carl Jung.
Synchronous movement happens when a multitude moves in synchrony,

Some of these were not very good choices , but most were definitely impressive
FOREVERMORE ENCORE MAGNIFICENCE 💯💯💯💯💯
The football was my favourite
The two women saying hello at 19:58 cracked me up. I had to replay it to realize what had happened.
I suppose that the Chinese are so good at synchronization because they are so regimented in society. IDK. But it’s their “thing”.

Cest super chouette cool divertissant je suis fan de saite emissions je menlasse pas ❤❤❤
It takes a lot of practice to keep in sync. Don't make it more than what it is. Great job to those who stayed in sync.
It’s really incredible. Excellent vídeo! 👏👏🧐
Wouldnt this be the opposite of a glitch in the matrix?
Good day 😊
Phenomenal
These video clips are just jaw-dropping. I'd love to know who the various groups are.
More synchronized swimming please 😊
Another proof that "perfection" doesn't exist
Super 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Mass displays, I love this
I see this word used way too much…but no, this is legitimately “satisfying” to watch!😅
3:18 all those bandannas hide the head injuries....
27 min 39 sec = AMAZING!!
the girls at time stamp 5:45 i knew that was NOT A MIRROR not because of the thumbnail headline but because their timing was NOT 100% spot on
The first one was impressive when they walked backwards.
Marvellous, as Clint Eastwood would say
Wow great
This is a result of hard work and practice, not some glitch in the matrix.
Just so ypu know , cloning been going on from the 70''s
There is a video on UA-cam called "River dance Chinese style " they are pretty impressive .
All off these performances require hours and hours of work
It worries me a bit that the American soldiers are learning the same skills as the North Korean soldiers.
3:39 AMAZING
Yea, moments like this make you go what the heck! Spontaneous synchronicity!
dude, it's called entrainment!
If the front guy suddenly stops it's going to be the world's longest human centipede.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
19:04 is beautiful. I could watch those for hours. Almost a meditation.
Lovely stuff
Thank you for sharing the video it's very interesting, I didn't waste my time watching it
Wait. So... did you or did you not watch the video?
How incredibly rude! You didn’t have to comment and put out that negative karma, ya know! Know it’s on it way back to you, times 3! Do better!
Loved what I saw. And the narration too. 👍👍

Those birds though.
Whenever I see a flock of birds twisting & turning & missing each other, I always wonder how do they do that
insane!
i'm using this glitch to make a video dude!
The wave is a reason not to attend a sports match.
weee it's so fun doing the wave :)
If I were to be on one of those big synchronised shows I would so want to go the opposite direction and cause chaos ❣️
