    Today is a Full Body Music Driven TABATA Workout with lots of compound moves. We have 7 Tabata's using dumbbells and bodyweight. Each move is done for 20seconds to your best ability, then rest/transition 10 seconds to get ready for the next move. To get the most out of a TABATA perform each move with correct form and use heavy enough weight to challenge your body. This workout hits the arms, legs, and core. No fluff, just work hard! I’ll be using 8lb up to 20lb dumbbells. Grab your gear and let’s do this!
