So much of energy and power packed into this short Tabata workout! I believe adding weights pushes up intensity as well as effectiveness by a factor of 2. Perfect session to recharge for the day ahead. Thank you Kathrin🙏🙏 I sure do hope you are recovering well post the surgery.
Wow! My arms are about to fall off 😅 used this workout as finisher after today's legs and the only light weight i have at home is 3kg so say no more. But really enjoyed gathering the last power to complete this workout. Thanks Kay Kay for your awesome work and effort you put in every workout you create 🙏❤🙌💪

I can’t tell you the levels that I’ve reached by training with Kathrin and I’m a former athlete. You do you. Everybody has their own level and it is perfectly ok if you’re not super human like our coach.😊
You can also slow down the playback of the videos using the settings ‘wheel’ in corner of the video. If you don’t see it click on video while it’s playing. You will get playback speed choices. I use it all the time because most of these pros just go to fast for me. It really makes a difference 😊
