Best arm routine for me, damn lateral raises always give me a hard time 😅 Edit: this is by far the best arm routine on the internet guys, keep increasing your weights progressively and you'll see results I couldn't even do lateral raises with 2kgs but now I can do them with 5 kgs, I know it's still a small weight but for me it's an achievement
the majority of my life I didn't have good portion control and I think that's the number one that thing that made me gain weight even if I work put I still have bad portions control. So, what do you think about portion control? A lot of people I see on the internet or talk to say to enjoy what you eat and eat protein and eat intuvently and not skip any meals and enjoy the soul food as you call them. I also heard people say to not eat too much healthy food thinking it will benefit you. It's hard for me to know about portion control because people don't really talk about it. Please let me know of what you think. ♡

Hello Elizabeth. I find myself very much in your question. I too workout regularly, I try to eat low carb and I’m doing the intermittent fasting (sort of, I don’t eat breakfast). But I’m an emotional eater and I eat when I’m bored. But I always try to only have healthy low carb food at home. Currently I’m trying out intuitive eating, but I feel that I’m gaining weight, so I’m not sure about this approach….
Love this question. I’ve had hard time with this issue. Best thing I did was basically eliminate carbs (or as low as you can go) and focus on protein (tofu & pea protein powder with no sugar almond milk or coconut milk), with greens. After I cut out the « carbs » (bread, quinoa, potatoes) I lost a lot of weight just doing Anna’s videos each day. Good luck 🎉

my arms are so sore! this is my first workout ever from you. i’m hoping i’ll be able to grow considering i need the upper body strength with my sport. thank you so so much 🩷
Day 1: 5lb weights, my arms were so sore, made it 2/5 through the video before stopping. Day 2: 5lb, Made it till 10:42 before resting my neck. Day 3: 5lb, Made it till Halfway Mark. Tmr I’ll use smaller weights for the 2nd half, I don’t want to strain my neck and soldiers. Day 4: I switched to 3lb since my neck was cramping earlier that day. I finished the whole video! Since Day 3 I’ve seen so much improvement, instead of just tendon, my arms have formed, my mom even noticed!
Day 1 (March 25, 2024) working out with this video. I got thru 37%. Couldn't do the lateral arm lifts all the way. I'm going to keep at it until I can eventually complete the workout. Maybe tomorrow I can make it to 50%. My arms feel like hell. BTW, I'm 30 days clean from weed, and trying to gain weight and build my arms. Idk if anyone is reading this but if you're in a similar situation, you're not alone. I'll be back tomorrow.
Day 2 (3/26/24) I struggled with the wide laterals. I'm using 10 lb dumbbells, that shit us brutal! Made it to 47%. Should I use the 5 lb dumbbells tomorrow? I'd like to complete the workout, and do this every day, but I'm apprehensive about injuring myself continuing using the 10s on the wide lateral lifts. I think she alternates weights. I'll use the 5s on the laterals tomorrow. Hopefully I can work upto using the 10s on the laterals.
Day 3 (3/27/24) I alternated weights today, did 10s for most the workout but dropped to 5s for the lateral exercises and the arms extension based exercises. I made it to 92% I can't quite do the ground push ups yet and the space where I exercises isn't big enough to do the mat based work. But I've been progressing everyday and I will eventually complete the workout!
Day 4. I continued the trend from yesterday alternating weights. However, I stopped at the mat exercises bc my room is too small to be able to do these correctly. I will solve this problem in the coming days. Also, I allowed myself a ten minute break at the halfway point to let my arms rest and catch my breath. I was a smoker for 18 years and have emphysema and COPD, so I'm doing my best to keep up without killing myself. Had a rough day today, but I feel a little better after the workout. I'll be back tomorrow!
Day 5 (3/31/24) I took a couple days off bc my sleep was inadequate and the idea is to gain weight and muscle 💪. I completed the workout today, had so trouble with the mat exercises but I did the best I could there. The cool down stretches were a nice way to transition to another workout on my playlist. I did 40 hammer curls (10lb dbells) on knees, 60 (10lb dbells) dumbwaiters, about 20 skullcrushers, and 20 presses. My arms feel like they've been worked out tonight! I may do the second portion of these in the morning to replace the standing push-ups, and continue this video workout in the evenings. Ima get a shower, protein drink, and get some sleep, looking for 7-8 hrs tonight, then hit the bells again in the morning 🌄

I loved this!!! The pike push up was a lil hard for me and the lateral raises! How come lateral raises are a bit difficult compared to other arm exercises?

I only have one pair of 8 lb dumbbells. At first I was like “oh this isn’t too bad” towards the end I had to do some workout without the dumbbells and it was still burning! Great workout will definitely do again!

Maybe get a pullup bar for the doorframe. Pullups will probably be a good exercise to train for rock climbing, right?

I loved this!!! The pike push up was a lil hard for me and the lateral raises! How come lateral raises are a bit difficult compared to other arm exercises?

I only have one pair of 8 lb dumbbells. At first I was like “oh this isn’t too bad” towards the end I had to do some workout without the dumbbells and it was still burning! Great workout will definitely do again!

My favorite arms workout for this months
Loved all of the exercises! This was a total burnout for me! I did 2 30 minute upper body workouts before this. I used 12 and 5 pound weights for your workout. ❤
