Hi Michele Wow I did complete workout without trampoline and was totally drenched getting Better with compound moves I will be getting wrist weights Fran ( 70 plus lady)
that's a keeper - I think I could do that one a few times a week for a quick 20 min. Ab / leg burner! loved it. 7:00 am class here in NY, had to figure out the time difference Glad it was not 6:00 am for me! lol Thanks for another great workout! PS - get some bug spray.

Loved this workout! I added it to a cardio workout. Question about the lace up weight. I tried the weights attached to the back of the hand ( hope that makes sense- recommended for kick box workouts) but it hurt my nondominate wrist. Are the lace ups better?
They are soft and bendable. We have had no issues with them bother our wrists. The only place they didn't feel the best was the ankles, only because they loosen up a little and move around. But on the wrist we have had zero pain.

Oh I need ankle weight recommendations! Mine cut into my skin and are so stiff they don't wrap well. All the Amazon reviews for others are not great either.

just did this with 5 lb leg and arm weights! I did this right after the 40 minute leg weight one, too! Excellent as always.

We are using wrist weights 16 oz.

You can use two pound weights. I don’t have lace weights, that is what I use.
