My ankle weights are 5 lbs each and not adjustable, so the core section was especially challenging today! I also held 3 lb dumbbells to further punish myself. Haha! THANK YOU, LADIES!!!
OMG her telling us her weights has pushed me to lift heavy where before I never knew what to lift. I definitely see a difference since following Michelle, I also subscribed to her channel and it is worth every penny for sure!

This format was terrific: the short blocks give us mini victories, which I find to be psychologically motivating. There's nothing like a fast and effective total body workout! Thank you for that!!
I'm so glad this was on this week's schedule! I missed it the first time around. It's such a great workout, even though the heaviest weight I have on hand is 8 lbs. The repeat definitely helped my muscles reach fatigue!

Re deep breathing, I just learned from Dr. Andrew Huberman (Huberman Lab) that if you breathe in as deep as you can through your nose and then take one more tiny breath without exhaling, then exhale forcefully, it's the most effective! I think he says to do that 3? times in a row to de-stress. So I've been trying to do that more often!!

I did some thinking...no repeat is good if you follow up with moves that target same area. And always do what you enjoy and if it keep you consistent that's when results happen.
