    I love that you show us what's coming in the tiny corner box. I also appreciate that you tell us what weights you're using so we can gauge what we should be using. My ankle weights are 5 lbs each and not adjustable, so the core section was especially challenging today! I also held 3 lb dumbbells to further punish myself. Haha! THANK YOU, LADIES!!!

      OMG her telling us her weights has pushed me to lift heavy where before I never knew what to lift. I definitely see a difference since following Michelle, I also subscribed to her channel and it is worth every penny for sure!

    Loved this workout followed by the Jump workout afterwards was a perfect combination for me today. I love the 3x rounds as I get better each round at the move! Thank you Michelle and the Ladies

    Enjoyed this format. I had the opportunity to correct form and weights with the 3 rounds. I still need to get the cardio abs part down pack with the knees and kick

    This format was terrific: the short blocks give us mini victories, which I find to be psychologically motivating. There's nothing like a fast and effective total body workout! Thank you for that!!

    I'm so glad this was on this week's schedule! I missed it the first time around. It's such a great workout, even though the heaviest weight I have on hand is 8 lbs. The repeat definitely helped my muscles reach fatigue!

    *what an awesome workout! so well rounded and you are 100% right about feeling the repeated moves! compound moves are so effective and i love using ankle weights. because of you, i have purchased 3 pounds all the way to 20 lb dumbbells, a single 25 lb dumbbell, ankle weights, and my beloved trampoline so i can use the same equipment as you while doing your workouts!*

    Great workout! Re deep breathing, I just learned from Dr. Andrew Huberman (Huberman Lab) that if you breathe in as deep as you can through your nose and then take one more tiny breath without exhaling, then exhale forcefully, it's the most effective! I think he says to do that 3? times in a row to de-stress. So I've been trying to do that more often!!

    I did this workout last week Friday and felt a big difference from the usual compound strength workouts you present for us Michelle. I was abit sore but anything for exercise pain right 😅

    Great workout! I, personally, don’t mind repeating exercises if it’s not the same exercise 3 times in a row be it strength or cardio, so this worked for me

      I did some thinking...no repeat is good if you follow up with moves that target same area. And always do what you enjoy and if it keep you consistent that's when results happen.

    Did this workout yesterday and I thought of you today because I’m all sore. I don’t like the three rounds but sometimes they’re necessary. Also you make it no boring by mixing it with other circuits! I love your workouts 😘😘😘 I want AMRAPs please, low impact HIIT, kickboxing TABATAs, that’s my early Christmas list 😁
