- Upper body TRI-SETS! Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders and Triceps! Increase strength, build muscle and improve muscular endurance with this 30 minute upper body workout!
The timer will be on for 45 seconds each exercise, straight onto the next! We have 30 seconds rest between each TRI-SET and perform each set x2!
We have an 3 MIN arm FINISHER with biceps curl and dips!
I'm using 12.5lb up to 25lb weights.

Just did this today ..where was this solid workout hiding? Enjoyed the no rush execution and the challenge of three exercises. All of the rounds had elements of near fatigue..clean and press, lateral raises, reverse flyes and that burnout round with the Dips will get ya

Great workout! I have never been very consistent with upper body workouts. Lower body was always my go to. But I’m building upper body strength and muscle. I use your weights as guidance to push a little heavier.!
