I always struggled when I would try Yin Yoga because I can be quite impatient and need things to be fast-paced. I have worked on slowing down my mind and this practice was calling to me. I feel the most 'at one' with my body than I ever have before in a way I can't even begin to describe. Thank you!

Definitely intense! I loved the practice. I could have used more support cues during deer and dragon. I’m really tight and had to hold both poses up on my wrists and shoulders.
I loooove your yin yoga. I started your yin yoga classes 8 months ago and now I can do child's pose again. I suffer from some intense hip and knee pain and your yin yoga has reduced my pain by 75% Thank you❤

Today it was the variation of deer pose, incorporating the blocks. LOVED it! Yin has become an important part of my yoga routine, thanks to you and your clear, gentle directives.
Yin yoga is something I find so so challenging. When you say 2 blocks required for lizard I usually need 6 blocks, 2 pillows and a bolster. My hips are so so tight, I hold so much emotion there. A video on how to set up blocks for super tight hips wud be great. I love your other videos, I tend to avoid the yin ones but I want to try. Thanks for the challenge
Of course ask your doctor before starting any regime, but I've found that hip exercises like these really help with my sciatica pain, especially after a long day of sitting at the office.

This was so gooood....I could see and feel where the resistance was.....and my when I ever I surrendered...the melting sensation and the release was incredible.....I did add a few of my own poses that naturally my body called for....Kassandra I have been practicing with you for over 7 years...I am blown away of what still comes thru. So nice to have the time this morning to complete this class. I enjoyed the supported reclined deer pose and the seated forward fold with other leg in external rotation and foot behind the glute. Used my wooden blocks to gently weigh down my thighs in butterfly pose to deepen the stretch.

020222 I am always hooked by hip anythings but I missed it was Yin, which isn't always my favourite... I feel great, hips all stretched (yeah!!) but my mind went for an epic wander through the 38 minutes (wait! 38 minutes???). The result is I am super super super relaxed, I found some solutions to stuff that was bothering me, and feel that the 38 minutes were very well spent, even if not the way Kassandra may have intended. Thank you for this class, after doing this class for some time I feel more flexible around my hips and it's such an amazing feeling, I hated my legs for years and it feels like I'm embodying my lower body

I just finished this sequence.. wow wow wow I loved that deer / supported fish pose mash up. I feel so good and relaxed.
