Due to a hand injury, I have been practicing Yin and learning to slow down the mind and get more in touch with my body. It has been so helpful and I am also healing from the grief of losing my cat so being gentle is definitely something I am embracing.
Kassandra, I’ve done many of your sessions for low back but this one really helped my back! I have a pinched nerve in my back. I’ve had a hip replacement. I’m 63 years old. I’ve also gotten help from some of your competition like Joelle. This session is a longer version of your frog pose. Love your outfit very attractive. Thank you so much. Sorry about your cat.😢
I feel lovely. Thank you Kassandra. I was deeply into yoga several years back and I feel my body and mind helped me through pregnancy, birth and a pretty miraculous recovery. Now, 10 years later, I’ve been in a slump. I found no time for travel to gyms or even attending yoga classes. I watched many different videos on UA-cam, but was very quickly drawn to you after watching a simple neck stretch video you made. Your voice, but more so - your calm and soothing guidance captured my attention and I have truly enjoyed every yoga practice since. Tough poses for me but something to work toward. I think I prefer vin to yin practice as a little bit of warmth in my muscles helps a lot with flexibility. Namaste!

I'm a martial artist that did hatha yoga for years. I switched to your morning 10 mins, I think I've completed it 3 times now and my flexibility has improved dramatically. Now excited to try Yin, my legs and hips where challenged but it was great

I just wanted to come in here to tell you thank you thank you thank you 🙏 i am suffering from day two of delayed onset muscle soreness that is severe in my inner thighs and front of mymthighs as well as my booty- I have been waffling two days now and cannot sit down or stand up fast😂 this feels like it has opened me up much more and relieved some of my tightness tonight. I also sit all day in front of a computer for work so it doesn’t help the tightness at all. But this gave me some relief❤
hi! i love your videos! i am off an off with yoga for the past year now and i am trying to become more consistent. i began your 30 day challenge in 2020 and practiced yoga everyday for 7 months straight using your videos. i truly miss the flexibility and how light i felt! I know i can get back to this! after doing this practice, i felt so relaxed and flexible! thank you! definitely will be doing yin yoga before bed!
Resisted to do this evening but gave up resisting. The clarity you given on gauging the intensity level was helpful while settling into dear pose, at 3 on the scale and noticed how relaxed I was. Doing this on my bed helpful. Thanks
I've never been a fan of Yin Yoga before but I thought that I needed to try it one more time. So I did this class and it was really challenging but I felt really good at the end so it was worth it !

this is great! at the very end dropping my knees in the middle while my feet were on the floor woke up many emotions and loads of light language healing! I will come back to this, thank you!
By the time I made it to reclined butterfly my hips were like butter! And I’m ALWAYS tight in that pose. What an incredibly effective practice thank you so much Kassandra!

Dear Kassandra! This was beautiful. Was the first time ever I cried in child’s pose. My right hip is quite emotionally burdened, and this practice helped me a lot to release. Not only physically. The way you put it in words, really help me detach from ego and push it harder, as I sometimes find myself doing. Forever thankful for your sharing ❤
Truly intense but also a fascinating sensation during this practice. I might have overdone it in deer pose... will go more easy next time. I love your yin practises and come back to them over and over.

Beautiful, deep and necessary stretch. Deer pose can really be intense with a slight recline onto a bolster. Opened up a lot. Thank you!
