    Been suffering with lower back pain over a week now and I did this session yesterday morning. I felt amazing after it. Woke up this morning and was able to get out of bed pain free for the first time since it started. God bless you Kassandra..I love your energy and thank you so much 💜🙏🏼

    I feel some relief from my sore lower back but even more rewarding was the meditation this practice allowed. I feel calmer than I have in a while!

    Just started working at a bakery, the movements we do is felt straight in the lower back for me so this was wonderful and well-needed, thank you Kassandra.

    Thank you for all the yin yoga videos Kassandra. There is not one unwanted element in any of them. The poses, pace and the tone are all excellent. My body always feels restored and I am surrounded by a feeling of serenity after these classes.

    My lower back got real tight after a month of working out (running, squats, cycling) and working at my desk. I've been doing this practice every day for five days now and my back feels a lot better. It's not 100% but I"m sticking with this practice as the results so far suggest it'll keep improving. Oh and it's really relaxing to do which is great! Thanks!

    Excellent for period week! I know period back pain is really just the uterus, but this helped me feel so much better and was mellow enough that I could do it on my period!

    I had a day of moving a lot of heavy stuff yesterday and my back and SI joints were NOT happy. This absolutely saved my back! It felt so decompressed and the stretching part of it took the pull of my hip and SI joints. Absolutely wonderful and would do it again when my hips/back/SI are strained. Thank you!

      Tractioning the low back bent over while grasping the elbows is a totally unsupported position for the abdominals and can be petrifying to attempt to do for someone with adhesions, old disc issues, SI joint restrictions, QL imbalances.
      In other words there are hundreds of other choices to safely lengthen without out triggering fear or possibly causing another injury with an unsupported spine in this position. Choose another, please!

    I woke up with a super tight lower back and knew I couldn't get through the day with so much tension. I randomly found this practice on UA-cam and after the first dragon pose, I already felt the release. Thank you!

    Thank you, Kassandra. I've been experiencing a lot of soreness on the extremities of my waist, and that laying spinal twist (along with the rest of the class) really helped to stretch them out. I feel better already. Have a great day from Illinois.

    Positively phenomenal, for some reason my back was really hurting.
    I think I did to many downward dogs yesterday.
    This really helped big time.
    I normally don't use my block, but today it really helped.
    I will be back n do this again soon.

    This has helped my lower back pain immensely! It’s amazing how tight my hip flexors are and as you have said this can cause the pain. I absolutely love all your videos and have been practicing with you every day since the Covid pandemic! Thank you and J hope cleo is still doing well ❤️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

    Thank you! My lower back has been hurting from too much sitting doing computer work. And it was even hurting in my restorative yoga classes during the week. But this practice really helped! I enjoy doing your classes when I first wake up or just before bed. Thanks for all you do.
