My lower back got real tight after a month of working out (running, squats, cycling) and working at my desk. I've been doing this practice every day for five days now and my back feels a lot better. It's not 100% but I"m sticking with this practice as the results so far suggest it'll keep improving. Oh and it's really relaxing to do which is great! Thanks!

Excellent for period week! I know period back pain is really just the uterus, but this helped me feel so much better and was mellow enough that I could do it on my period!
I had a day of moving a lot of heavy stuff yesterday and my back and SI joints were NOT happy. This absolutely saved my back! It felt so decompressed and the stretching part of it took the pull of my hip and SI joints. Absolutely wonderful and would do it again when my hips/back/SI are strained. Thank you!

Tractioning the low back bent over while grasping the elbows is a totally unsupported position for the abdominals and can be petrifying to attempt to do for someone with adhesions, old disc issues, SI joint restrictions, QL imbalances. In other words there are hundreds of other choices to safely lengthen without out triggering fear or possibly causing another injury with an unsupported spine in this position. Choose another, please! Namaste🙏

Thank you, Kassandra. I've been experiencing a lot of soreness on the extremities of my waist, and that laying spinal twist (along with the rest of the class) really helped to stretch them out. I feel better already. Have a great day from Illinois.
