Yeah Devi, this practice made me so much more aware of how stiff I am in these areas. I am creeping quickly to my 83 birthday the 2nd of March and my body is not as flexible as it once was. I am finding it hard not to become alarmed at the changes in my body. I do yin yoga almost daily and I have been doing practices that feel more comfortable. So I think I will stick with this one for a few times and see if it helps my hips and legs to feel more grounded. Thanks so much Devi. I always enjoy your videos. Have a wonderful lHoliday Season. Loved this one! I like yin better sitting & lying on floor for whole practice, not having to get up for dragonfly, etc. when I come home after work I also prefer it without the timer: I don’t want to know how long we are spending in poses Thank you for this video
