This has become a regular video for me as I have some chronic issues with my sacrum, hips and flexors. You are saving me. I know that sounds overly dramatic but I am able to be more active because these stretches in the way that you show them are helping me that much. I am so grateful. Thank you
I have joined other Yen yoga practice sessions on other channels and I wasn’t crazy about them. I gave yours a try just now, and this is what I have been looking for in my yoga practice. I like your voice, the poses,your instructions, and you don’t talk the entire time. I could focus on my breath. Where as, the other instructors talk the entire time and I find it hard to focus on my breath. Thank you so much for providing this video! I will be back for more. ❤🙏

I've had some worsening leg and back pain for a while and, whilst it has not been instantly cured (that would take a miracle. Lol), I feel so much better than I did before doing this practice. Also, I've not done yoga for a few years and ah, I forgot how much I adore Yin. So refreshing!
