Thank you Kassandra! I've been repeating this sequence most of the week for hip flexibility and I'm really noticing a difference in how far I can get on the lizzard pose. I was super-stiff before and now I can touch my elbows on the floor.
I did this practice in succession to the 20 minute calf and ankle stretch. My legs feel rejuvenated. I went from barely able to paddle my heels in downward facing dog to paddling my heels completely to the ground by the end of this practice. Thank you.
