      This is a perfect post cycling stretch stops my ham strings, lower back and glutes from getting short and tight alleviating lower back ache. I do this routine after every long ride. Thanks 🙏🏻

    I love how you said "invite" your body to relax! I often find myself trying to convince or will my body to relax, which can be counterproductive. Now I can remember to INVITE it to relax instead! Great class as always! Thank you!

    For each downward dog reset my heels got closer to the ground. What a great way to notice the difference/ effectiveness of this yoga stretch, thanks!

    Discovered your channel about 5 months ago after quitting smoking and needing to fill my extra time and extra energy with something other than my usual exercise regime (high intensity military style). I’m loving the yoga and loving your videos. Perfect for any occasion, early morning 10mins or a full hour one lazy afternoon.
    But I’m finding myself trying to squeeze extra minutes in but you don’t have many 20 or 25min morning sessions... 🥶
    Any chance of getting some more sessions of this length - eg. all over body stretches?

    Kassandra this routine completely and marvellously sorts out my regularly-tight lower back! It's been TRANSFORMATIVE for me - ever since putting my back out when 7 months pregnant it has not been the same and threatens to 'go' fairly regularly. When I feel it twinging I do this routine and it is an instant cure for me! I thought I would flag it up in case anyone else has regular lower back issues - this routine has never failed to fix me. I am SO grateful to have this guaranteed remedy for me, instead of suffering with discomfort and tightness for several days at a time !     This is a delightful video. Kassandra speaks very clearly so her directions are excellent. I am returning to yoga, absent since March and am very tight and weak, even though I have been walking a lot. Having developed very sore muscles I’ve realized my hips are way too tight. I know yoga is the path back to flexibility. Thanks!

    Loved this practice. I occasionally suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome which flares up at night and interrupts sleep. These stretches provide some relief. Thank you.

    Thank you Kassandra! I've been repeating this sequence most of the week for hip flexibility and I'm really noticing a difference in how far I can get on the lizzard pose. I was super-stiff before and now I can touch my elbows on the floor.

    I did this practice in succession to the 20 minute calf and ankle stretch. My legs feel rejuvenated. I went from barely able to paddle my heels in downward facing dog to paddling my heels completely to the ground by the end of this practice. Thank you.

    This has got to be one of my favorite sessions by far! I was extremely stiff from working out yesterday and this is exactly what I needed to loosen up for today’s workout.
