    Been doing random youtube workouts for a good 4 years but this is my favourite chest + triceps I've done so far (and I've done maaany)! Absolute killer, and great that you give some guidelines on the way. Never stop!

    I've just bought a pair of dumbbells this saturday and I was loking forward new exercises for the upper body with db. It's just perfect timing! Thank you so much Alex. Like I said before, Best coach!

      DP won't do much for the upper body. But it'll strrretch the hell out of you below the waist. 🤣😂😳

      Well done Geoffrey! Honestly, if you keep working your chest & shoulders in all the variations of exercises and angles in my videos then you will work your upper chest. HOWEVER, I will also make an upper chest workout video 😄👊
