If I’m doing your 10 min upper and lower body stretch videos before working out do you still think I need to do the warmups in this video or can I just do those 20 min stretches and get right into the weights?

So I Subscribed to your channel! I workout a lot mornings before work & then go to the Gym after Work usually later in the evenings! I have a Personal Trainer who I work with on a daily basis! You seem to have some pretty good workouts & thought I'd Subscribe to your channel & give them a try! I like the follow along Workouts Keeps me in great shape!
