    I enjoyed this!! I use both 10 and 12lb dumbbells and when it came to the lighter exercises I used a 5lb. dumbbell. Thank you, Coach.

    Love your videos. I have a question, If I have a workout bench, is it best to do the single arm row on that instead?

      Yeh if you have a bench then use that! Although a bit of variation between the two types is good too.

    If I’m doing your 10 min upper and lower body stretch videos before working out do you still think I need to do the warmups in this video or can I just do those 20 min stretches and get right into the weights?

    Yah that's why you most eat very good food to get more protein because when you don't eat like more eye, furit and vegetables and other things that help your strength because exercise 20% why food is 80% so know what you eat after and before your workout it's important

    So I Subscribed to your channel! I workout a lot mornings before work & then go to the Gym after Work usually later in the evenings! I have a Personal Trainer who I work with on a daily basis! You seem to have some pretty good workouts & thought I'd Subscribe to your channel & give them a try! I like the follow along Workouts Keeps me in great shape! I'm also studying to be a Personal Trainer as well! so will see what happens! Haha! I also want to get into Bodybuilding too! any who this looks like a killer video 4sure! I'll have to give this a try sometime! =D
