Been on Carnivore for 13 months now, and dropped 142 pounds, no aching joints, tons of energy, and many more benefits. No medications, no suppliments, and very healthy. I owe a good part of that informed progress to Dr. Berry, Thanks!

I found Dr. Berry on youtube in 2018 and I give him credit for saving my life. I was a 74 yr. old weighing 270 lbs. I lost 100 lbs in 10 months with the LC WOE. I am now 80 yr. old holding 180 lb. wt. in a HFLC WOE. I don't really have many aches and pains like I hear other 80 yr. olds complaining about. I eat 99% animal products and my veggies consist mostly of Avocados. I eat normaly 2 meals a day.

Good video! 10 + years X vegetarian here, tried as healthy as I could with supplements and after 10 years vegetarianism had made me sick and weak, IBS, bloating, joint pain, brain fog, gull blatter problems. So I switched back to animal based whole foods diet and now two years later I have my health and strength back ! So tired of Vegans and woke climate wakies preaching plant based eating, it is NOT for human long term health and not for the health of the environment either! Vegetarian basid agriculture is really bad for the soil and ground water health as well as producing way more pollution than grazing animals. True facts. I grew up working on a large agriculture farm so I know more about this than 99% of most people, lol

I used to breed & exhibit Rhodesian Ridgebacks. About 20 years ago I became totally obsessed with feeding them a totally raw, natural diet - after that I very rarely visited the vet, and the 'poo run' was reduced enormously. But for me, I just kept eating and drinking absolute rubbish !! I am 73 and have been totally carnivore for the last 10months. I only wish I had known about this way of nutrition way back then !!!

I can relate. Can’t believe I didn’t twig years ago. My miniature was having hip problems SO I put him on cooked meat about five years ago. His hips cleared up within six months. I started carnivore 5 months ago and I upgraded him to raw ground beef. He is 13 years old and like a puppy!!!

To the person asking about fasting and atherosclerosis: i had a heart attack from a 90% occlusion. A few years later i got really into fasting and a year later a CAC showed spotless arteries except the 3 stents that were placed. It’s possible.

Remember the commercial of the lady that had fallen and said "I've fallen and can't get up" and you are thinking that will never happen to me. Well RA has done that to me so I am hoping as I do carnivore that will improve. Strength training is really not an option yet. When I do I have to spend the next day in recovery. I will strive for the 90 day carnivore because ketovore doesn't work for me right now. So the journey continues.

Honestly, I feel so alone, have basically zero support, my hubs is just not on board with changing his eating 😞 Going to go join your online community because I need help. I've had difficult health since I had toxic shock syndrome twice at age 14, 47 now and housebound with a 4 yr beautiful daughter. I so desperately want to lose this weight, be healthy and able to live, and to feel well. I've not felt well for 30 years and it has become so hard to get through each day with the pain and symptoms. Just because your family doesn't understand or like how we eat, we don't have to abandon them. We were all raised with the food pyramid, high carb, low fat diet. We need to be tolerant of them, as we've already shown we're strong! And surely there are other things to discuss than what we're currently eating.

I am a Buddhist also and was vegetarian for decades. It ruined my health (I believe it also contributed to the early demise of my Zen master/teacher). I decided to switch to a meat based diet. I take into consideration that many Tibetan Buddhists do eat meat. I choose meat not produced in CAFO's to reduce animal suffering. The cultivation of grains and vegetables cause sentient life (including animals) to suffer and die as well. The first noble truth is the reality of suffering. We cannot avoid it.

I’ve been searching for a carnivore book which explains how to prime in the first two weeks and then going forward how to troubleshoot when weight loss stalls. I’ve met and come across so many other people in the same situation as myself…. Really want to go carnivore but not able to do it right and end up quitting with a bad word to say about the diet yet what they really need is guidance. I sure hope your book will fill this ENORMOUS gap in the carnivore market. ❤

I suffered with gall stones for 15 years. I didn’t want my gallbladder out, but I was scared to do a gallbladder cleanse. I finally did the cleanse with Epson salts, olive oil, and grapefruit juice. There was a two week prep with apple juice and I put a codliver oil hotpack over the gallbladder/liver while I was doing the cleanse. It got rid of all the gall stones except one big one which got stuck in the duct. Rather than panicking and going to the emergency room, I took another dose of Epson salts, the magnesium in the epson salts dilated the bile duct, and no more gall stones or problems with the gallbladder. It’s been 23 years now and I am starting carnivore. So glad I still have my gallbladder.

Id been doing an almost carnivore diet for 4 yrs but kept a large bar of coconut sugar chocolate. Ive only recently dropped this a few weeks ago and am surprised all the things that are now coming up...major low stomach acid or ulcer. Sugar levels all balanced now, addressing this new thing now. Trialling betaine hca, hoping it helps.

Dr. Berry, I have been running a blood pressure of 140 over 90 for years I am 79 years old . I watched your videos and others saying you can bring down your bp by nthe right diet, even tho my doctor prescribed pills. I said no I am going to do this with diet. This morning I pressure is 106 over 71. Also my blood sugar was 160 and more. With diet my blood sugar is down to 111. I want to be around to have good times with my family and not in a wheel chair or walker . Also I walk a lot and I just bought a Total Gym because in the winter I can't walk. I am proof that it can be done. I eat meat and a big salad everyday also some brocoli and cauliflower I have also been taking applecider vinegar and no longer suffer from constipation and have actually lost 15 pounds without trying , just changed my diet and take no bp or gluse problem anymore..Feel so good and before I could hardly get up enough energy to walk to the mail box or the dumpster. I live alone and do all my own housework , cooking and cleaning and laundry which is two flights dowI will say this taking apple cider vinegar 3 times a day n, and never take the elevator. Iwas not much overweight when I started this and the 20 lb loss gave me my youthful figure back. I also take all the right supplements , lots of antioxidents especially many you and others recommend on You Tube I also fast 18 to 20 hours a day..eat for about an hour eggs meat and salad. I started fasting 14 hours and worked up to 20 easily. and I am never hungry because I cut sugar and starches.

When I went carnivore I really suffered that it first with acid reflux symptoms. Recently I discovered that I was having a histamine response and once I changed my diet up to a lower histamine style. The acid reflux is gone praise the Lord! And I also decaffeinated myself because I was drinking a lot of coffee. And I was also taking the fats that I cooked the meat in and all the scrapings out of the bottom of the pan and dumping them on top of the meat and it was just too much when I first got started on carnivore

Dr. Berry, you are an MD, but can’t pack?! I suggest a packing list to follow. Short or long trip, there are some items that must always be included. Then add items of clothing for the climate and length of stay on the specific trip. Another strategy is to always keep a packed bag of essentials ready to go, replenishing items after each trip.

Also can to much salt cause to much swelling or extra? ( electrolytes). Should say I have been fasting 16/ 17 hr a day but would longer help or hinder?

I am 59yrs. In the last 3 months I’ve been serious about improving my health!
My daddy died in November after almost 9 years with dementia.
I started on AIP in January and have been doing Carnivore (BBBE) for 2 months.
I’ve also changed skincare to Tallow-based!!
    I cold-Turkey stopped HRT after 17 years!
Any advice on lessening the zero HRT symptoms?? I was all good for 3 weeks but then started having hot flashes again. Totally different than what I experienced 20 years ago! Then, I was having a “starting at the base of my neck and quickly heating up my head, face, scalp & rest of body” type hot flashes EVERY hour!!
Now I have a “sweating at my hairline & then body overheated” several times a day.
**I had full hysterectomy November 2021**
I do not mind this mild inconvenience as my body adjusts after years of me abusing it with hormones & terrible food knowing it will eventually end!
If you have any tips, I’m open to healthy solutions.
Thank you for ALL the information!! Dr Berry & Neisha have taught me so much in just 3 months!!

12:13 I’ve been in Ozempic for about 4 months. No weight loss but A1c down from 8.5 to 7.5. Also taking basaglar and metformin. Docs pharmacy tech said I’m good now, just keep everything “as is”. I’m worried about the ozempic and shouldn’t my goal A1 C be better than 7.5 ? It’s all confusing.
