How I deal with insecurities & feelings of worthlessness 💕

Here's how I make myself feel more confident and boost self-love after being slapped in the face by my insecurities and my toxic thought patterns 🙃 This video is not to "cure" you from insecurities, but simply to get back on your feet if you currently feel overwhelmed by negative emotions. I am not a professional but I would recommend consulting someone if you feel the need! I myself have started therapy and it's helping a lot so far. This video based on my personal experience only and might not apply to you, but if you can relate, I hope that doing these things can make you feel better for now 🥺
