For me, I need about 50-60sec for 15 about perfect form pushups🤷♂️ 12-15min pushups, huh, end of summer or in the winter season, maybe😅

if you look at the execution at the beginning and at the end then you can see that it no longer goes down properly from the halfway point at the latest
