Hey mate how're you doing? I'm fan from Cuba. 42 yrs old. I followed your channel since the las 3 yrs. Normally I train myself hard , I push myself to the limit. With new workout I would increase the difficulty on the legs workout, like lounges, jumping squats, maybe scissors. That's would work to me. Push ups, until achieveh 200, later , non stop squats. You have nutritional supplements, in my country there's not such of things. Just what we can get and a strong will. Take care mate. Happy New Year. OMGreat challenge‼️ You went man-speed on the push ups, so I started doing 10 half way through, but I kept up on the squats‼️ 💪🥵

10,53 not the nicest pushups. Did 10*20 the both exercises.
