Can you do 4 sets of combination of the exercises one after another or should you complete the 4-set for each exercise and then move to the other ones? Does it matter?

In the exercise before the dips are you only using your arms or a combination with abs arms and legs?
Back and bicep. Your not moving the legs. Maybe a little abs since you keeping the torso straight
what's the step up workout after this?

How high have to be the Equalizer when I'm 1,60cm
You should use the Standard size Lebert EQualizer
