    These are fantastic. I have been disappointed with many of the keto muffin recipes I have found on other sites, but these were absolutely amazing. I will be making these in different combinations! Lemon poppyseed; orange cranberry; chocolate banana.... YUM. I made them last week but did not have Oat Fiber or sour cream in the house, or any of the Lily's choc chips. I substituted cocnout flour and greek yoghurt, and used fresh blueberries. They turned out a bit soggy, so I was disappointed. But, I made them this week following the recipe exactly (except for glucomannan) and they are perfect. Yay!

    I made these and they are better than any donut shop muffin I have ever had! My carb loving daughter even loved them! I will be making these again and again :)

    As always, great video. Thank you for mentioning Honeyville sales. I don't go near Honeyville due to the price but now I know to keep a lookout for sales.

    Will have to try this real soon, to help with the chocolate chips not sinking to the bottom, mix them in with your dry ingredients first.

    Hi Kristie, these look delicious! Is there a reason why you do not cream the butter and "sugar" (ha ha!) together with the cream cheese added at that time, before you add the eggs, etc?

  • @Kitterz00

    With the Sukrin products, which would you recommend to take the place of sugar for baking? Sukrin Granulated, Sukrin+ or Sukrin 1:1?
    For the sinking chocolate chips you could reserve 1/4 cup and sprinkle them on top when you put them in the oven. =)

      Kit Smith She did a video on sweeteners that I watched awhile back. She said she loves all the sukrin products, but she prefers the sukrin+ mostly. It is a 2:1 ratio (twice as sweet as the same amount of sugar), so you would use a lot less of that than the sukrin:1.

    Is it really ok to eat so many "sweets" while eating a low carb or keto diet? I finally cured my sugar cravings and I would be afraid these "sweets" would bring back cravings?

    Kristie do you know a viable substitute for tapioca flour? Do you think oat fiber is a good alternative? Thanks in advance.

    Please make more desserts without eryitherol!! ....or however you spell it. I use a stevia, pure monk fruit powder and find this is healthier for me....and others

    • @judycolson6047
      @judycolson6047 7 років тому

      mmk1095, what is the brand name of your stevia, monk fruit powder and where do you buy it?

    • @knothead35
      @knothead35 7 років тому +1

      mmk1095 just substitute your own. That's whay she uses, why would she cater to each person's individual preference?

    • @christianwarrioracademy4893
      @christianwarrioracademy4893 6 років тому

      mmk1095 I use the sukrin products, and the Sukrin + that she says she used here is actually twice as sweet as sugar or a sugar equivalent, so you would need to take that into account when substituting. Whatever stevia you prefer, just substitute it, taking into consideration the sukrin+ 2:1 ratio.

    What brand of whey protein isolate do you use?

    • @christianwarrioracademy4893
      @christianwarrioracademy4893 6 років тому

      luvtoride49 For her Soul Bread, she uses Isopure. She said the specific brand really does make a difference in that particular recipe. idk if she buys several brands, but I can't afford and don't have the space for that, so my guess (and it's just that - a guess) is she is using isopure here.

    Hey my name is Frances and I have been watching your videos which have been an inspiration to me since I have been on low carb diet to lose weight. i live in Shelby area and work in Bessemer city and from watching I gather you are from this area and wonder if you know where I can purchase oat fiber? I have looked in Ingles and different places and health food stores try to tell me that oat bran is the same.

    • @adorableadornments1101
      @adorableadornments1101 7 років тому

      I googled it, and oat bran is not the same as oat fiber. Go to Netrition.com and buy your oat fiber there. Kristie stated in an earlier video that she likes the Life Source brand better than what you can buy at Honeyville Grain. It is cheaper at Netrition too.
