- Admittedly, this video is a disaster, but the recipe is solid, I promise!!! Could not wait to share this one!! It's a dead ringer for the high carb version, but better. The cake is rich and chocolatey and moist and the icing is perfectly creamy! You will love this copycat recipe!
Hershey Bar Copy Cat Cake: Sukrin Milk Chocolate Bar Cake

2 cups of heavy cream, cold
8 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup Sukrin Melis (low carb confectioner’s sugar) www.sukrinusa.com (use code friends for a 10% discount)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 drops liquid sweetener
4.5 ounces of SF milk chocolate finely chopped, 3 Sukrin milk chocolate bars www.sukrinusa.com (use code friends for a 10% discount)
Use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream and set aside. In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese with the Sukrin Melis low carb confectioner’s sugar. Add vanilla extract and liquid sweetener. Blend heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture using the hand mixer. Stir in the chopped Surkin milk chocolate bar by hand.
Use the Sukrin Milk Chocolate Icing to make a layer cake with the Simply Sensational Basic Low Carb Chocolate Cake. Let chill overnight or at least 4 to 6 hours. Keep refrigerated. - Навчання та стиль

Third comment, promise I'm not obsessed, I'm obsessed! Made this cake up with my 5 year old granddaughter at their house. I bundled up all the ingredients and took them for our visit! We made 20 cupcakes! Made the sukrin icing with cream cheese. She decorated and fancied it up. Lol! 5 adults and one child were in heaven!
Don't worry about the imperfection the icing covers everything. I've learned that over the years .just enjoy

I just love this video. I have watched it a couple of times. I found myself laughing until tears were running down my face. It was just what I needed. No one is perfect and this was so real. It reminded me of some of my kitchen escapades with my sister who passed away 4 years ago. Those were such good times. Please don't fix the video. It's perfect in it's own way.

I tried a keto recipe for a cake and the same thing happened to me, but it was dry and not good at all, made me give up on keto desserts. though I needed to go without sweets for a while before trying them again. but I will try this one, will have to go to your chocolate cake recipe. Hey, Kristie! I love all of your videos, they've been really helpful as I've been deciding to go back to a low carb lifestyle (I did once a couple years ago with great success, I felt great, but things got complicated and it didn't end up being sustainable for me at that time). I'm excited because I know that this go around I will have the resources to make sure this is a sustainable way of living for me. One thing I'm finding very difficult, though, is that I have an allergy to stevia, and so many of the sweeteners that are shown have stevia in it. I've found that many of the Sukrin products have stevia in it. So my question is, what are the best sweeteners on the market that don't have stevia in them? I've tried erythritol but was put off by the cooling aftertaste. Is the liquid sucralose enough to counteract that? So many good quality low carb products are sweetened with stevia that it's become kind of frustrating. Any tips would be so much appreciated!
Well that was fun to watch! I was cracking up and it's funny my little girl is always in the kitchen cooking with me and she is not as old as Grace she is only 7 but she loves to help and we have had our laughing moments on some of my creations from time to time as well! Fun times:) Looks like a good cake all in all I bet it's super yummy with or without crack...I mean cracks! ha ha
