Yes, David, it is hard. Im working from home, in my bedroom, on a combination of lap top and another lap top sized screen. I miss my monster screens lol! Everything does take longer, we meet in office 365 TEAM it is new and I am struggling with so much tech being thrown at me to allow me to work more efficiently at home...and that sucks big time. Im thankful to have a job though. Friday, with the lines of home/work totally blurred and my brain mush, I decided to take Monday off. I slept 18 hours! Baked on Sunday and visited my mom and my sister today, sitting 20 feet from each other in her garden with sis, mom on her balcony with her cell phone, me in the retirement home garden below with my cell phone. It was lovely. Tomorrow I take a drive in the am before I return home to start work. Starting week 4!. Hang in there! Nice bunny!
Actually, I have a Baker's coconut book from the late 50s or early 60s that has this cake in it. My Mom used to make it all the time when I was a little girl!
We've had plenty of eggs and milk. We can even find toilet paper. We've been on the hunt for hand sanitizer for our paramedic son. I think it's all fallen into a black hole!
