Resources, his time, the quality and effort that is given, the information he provides us about nutrition and what we must do. It’s not free and I know not everyone is in a position to pay BUT there are many videos on this channel that are free

    Another great workout. This is my 7th day doing at least one of his workouts consistently. Proud of myself and everyone else! I am excited to do these everyday. Yes I have had days where I don't feel as motivated or like I don't want to but I am sick of making excuses. That mindset never got me anywhere. I will be doing at least one workout everyday for a solid month to start and will see how these changes my body. I do feel stronger already. Happy to find something I look forward to. It is so hard with two little ones and a dog at my feet but again, no excuses. I need to work on myself for me and get my confidence back as well as get healthy!

    I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I’m coming off of being on my ass for 6 months, due to a fractured tibia, and ankle fusion. I’m determined to get into shape, and this workout just kicked my ass in the most wonderful way! Thank you, Mr. London!🌹🌹🌹

    I love this workout video, I do it at least once a week with ankle weights, hand weights and a kettlebell. The other days I will go for a run, because I prefer to exercise outside.
    No way though are you burning 300 calories with this video 😂

    I can’t do certain workouts that put too much impact on my joints… I only do basic exercises and I get bored easily 🤣🤣🤣
