    This is an excellent workout, by 10th minute am sweating. Was 48 kgs, gone down to 43.Am happy.

    it's been a long time since I last danced, so this was reeeeally hard for me. But I listened to my body, took pauses when I felt the need and changed the excercises that were too hard for me. I kept going on, listening to the beat of the music flowing through my veins and letting me inspire by the force of these strong women in the video. I managed to keep going 'till the end and I'm so proud of myself!

    Lost motivation of working out since this year. But I finally worked hard to convince myself to break the chains of laziness. Now, I'm back. I want to work out again, first by doing cardio through dance. I feel great.

    Amazing dance workout I did this workout after 40 min of dumbbells upper body workout My 4 year girl said she want to do this workout so she said me to join her but after 5 mins she was done with this workout and I was struggling to complete this dance workout 😂but I did it ❤️feeling proud & powerful 💪🏻

    Thank you so much guys. I started this exercise 3 months ago and it changes my whole body shape I was skinny but know I gained some muscle 😊and also it fixed my breathing problems. Actually it was hard when I started but now I do not notice when I finish it.keep going❤❤

      The first time I did it, I only lasted 12 minutes 😂 yesterday I lasted 13 minutes, and today I lasted 20 minutes, it's really good, I sweated a lot 😂 I do it every day without fail, I'm already seeing results!

      50 crunches
      10 burpees
      That's it
      Atleast give it a try and skip dinner if you can.

    Llevo 8 meses entrenando con estos vídeos , lo hice primero por qué mi fisioterapeuta me recomendó hacer ejercicios por un accidente que tuve , me lastime mucho los músculos de mi pierna y espalda, ya me ha mejorado demasiado el dolor y de paso mi cuerpo se ha visto mucho mejor físicamente.     HOLY🤬😆 !!!!!!🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 Y'all are kicking my@$$ right now!!! I'm at 28 minutes and I'm drenched and you're making me feel like a true old lady here on day 1!! Im doing my best but have to admit I had to take a few breaks on the floor here at the end lol🤷🏻‍♀️ got back up & joined back in;)🥵 BUT I FREAKING LOVE IT!! I will update back in a week or 2 and let you know if I'm still at it, and if so how much I've lost. As it stands I'm at 159.2lbs.
    I was kinda doubtful to find a dance workout video that I'd enjoy, but THIS ONE is killing it! I just hope it gets easier in the weeks to come cause I KNOW tomorrow is gonna be rough on my muscles. I haven't done any kind of workout in idk like 4 years really since I had my daughter so anyways THANK YOU LADIES!;) hoping to get as sexy as all of you SOONER than later if I keep it up!! !! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼😁

    Day1:done i took breaks could only manage 20 min..but i feel like this is the workout i have been searching for...
    Day2: I still can't manage the parts in the ground...its hard but will for sure continue

    20:00 I found it really challenging, yet fun and rewarding definitely going to try to push myself further next time. I’m drenched in sweat and I can tell this workout is going to do wonders.

    21 mins in and my watch says its extreme level for me so i took a break, let me tell you i dont reach extreme level of cardio even after running, but this made me so happy. Since i dont sweat easy and needs lot of HIIT to get there, even though i missed some steps it made me sweat and stop to take rest in 20 mins. Just need to consistent enough to do it atleast 1 month.
    I will try to update here daily whenever i work out and weight loss if any❤

      Comecei hj, 27/03/24 só consegui 16 minutos, é bem pesada essa aula, já fiz outra aulas de zumba, mas nunca pesada que nem essa, tô me desfazendo em suor, mas continua persistindo

    A gente ver que dá resultado, quando tem gente de vários países fazendo esse treino também! Olha, muito bom, eu faço esses exercícios todos os dias, e as vezes quando tô disposta, eu faço outro de 10 ou 12 minutos pra perder a gordura nas costas e nos braços, eu também bebo muita água, não como bada com açúcar, e como comidas saudáveis, mas não passo fome, e eu já consigo ver resultado! Foi uma ótima escolha!

    30 mins, but it took me about an hour. Had to pause in between to get the routine, and also took short breaks.. Intense routine!! Was sweating profusely.
    I noticed my leg is quite weak, as those exercises that required bending and touching the ground with both hands was quite tedious for me. All in all, I enjoyed this. We go again tomorrow!

    28:15 it was the best zumba exercise I've try,its my first day..but its look like i use zumba for 1 year its very nice for body workout amazing,good job..
    Everyday i will do this at home

      Fiz 2 dias e parei por conta das dores no corpo, tô voltando hj mas com a dieta e as caminhadas consegui emagrecer 2kg, vou completar esses exercícios essa semana de hj 06/11 até 12/11 e volto pra dizer meus resultados, curte pra eu voltar .
