it's been a long time since I last danced, so this was reeeeally hard for me. But I listened to my body, took pauses when I felt the need and changed the excercises that were too hard for me. I kept going on, listening to the beat of the music flowing through my veins and letting me inspire by the force of these strong women in the video. I managed to keep going 'till the end and I'm so proud of myself!
Lost motivation of working out since this year. But I finally worked hard to convince myself to break the chains of laziness. Now, I'm back. I want to work out again, first by doing cardio through dance. I feel great.
Amazing dance workout I did this workout after 40 min of dumbbells upper body workout My 4 year girl said she want to do this workout so she said me to join her but after 5 mins she was done with this workout and I was struggling to complete this dance workout 😂but I did it ❤️feeling proud & powerful 💪🏻

The first time I did it, I only lasted 12 minutes 😂 yesterday I lasted 13 minutes, and today I lasted 20 minutes, it's really good, I sweated a lot 😂 I do it every day without fail, I'm already seeing results!

21 mins in and my watch says its extreme level for me so i took a break, let me tell you i dont reach extreme level of cardio even after running, but this made me so happy. Since i dont sweat easy and needs lot of HIIT to get there, even though i missed some steps it made me sweat and stop to take rest in 20 mins. Just need to consistent enough to do it atleast 1 month. I will try to update here daily whenever i work out and weight loss if any❤

Achei este canal e sakvei esta aula para conhecer a instrutora, neo dei porque achei que era para iniciantes, provemente porque só vi os minutos iniciais, aula puxada mas consegui acompanhar corretamente uns 30.
30 mins, but it took me about an hour. Had to pause in between to get the routine, and also took short breaks.. Intense routine!! Was sweating profusely. I noticed my leg is quite weak, as those exercises that required bending and touching the ground with both hands was quite tedious for me. All in all, I enjoyed this. We go again tomorrow!

Fiz 2 dias e parei por conta das dores no corpo, tô voltando hj mas com a dieta e as caminhadas consegui emagrecer 2kg, vou completar esses exercícios essa semana de hj 06/11 até 12/11 e volto pra dizer meus resultados, curte pra eu voltar .
