- I enjoyed filming this fabulous 1965 Bizzarrini Grifo 5300 GT in the racing version and belonging to the Dutch DHG Racing team (dhgracing.nl). At the wheel, the fast driver Oliver Hart. I have to thank Mr David Hart, owner of the racing team and himself an excellent pilot with an important past in the world of racing; all his staff was very kind, allowing me to install an action-cam inside the cockpit. We are at the Misano circuit during the test days organized by Kateyama. The Grifo 5300 GT is a creation of Eng. Giotto Bizzarrini and is a superb representative of the 1960s racing car. Powered by the big 5.3-litre Chevrolet V8 engine, it mounts a special manifold for the four Weber 45 DCOE carburettors and develops about 400hp. The car reaches a maximum speed of over 280Km/h. It's all quite impressive, we're talking about a Gran Turismo with 55 years on its shoulders! Development continues to make the car extremely competitive, ready to face the championships dedicated to historic cars where the DHG Racing team intends to use it. Enjoy! 😉
Ho avuto il piacere di filmare questa favolosa Bizzarrini Grifo 5300 GT del 1965 in versione corsa ed appartente al team olandese DHG Racing (dhgracing.nl). Al volante il veloce pilota pilota Oliver Hart. Devo ringraziare il signor David Hart, proprietario della squadra corse ed egli stesso ottimo pilota con un passato importante nel mondo delle competizioni; tutto il suo staff è stato molto gentile nei miei confronti permettendomi di installare una action-cam all'interno dell'abitacolo. Ci troviamo sul circuito di Misano dove la vettura è scesa in pista per compiere dei test durante le giornate organizzate da Kateyama. La Grifo 5300 GT è una creazione dell'ing. Giotto Bizzarrini ed è una splendida rappresentante delle vettura da corsa anni 60. Mossa dal grosso V8 americano da 5.3-Litri prodotto dalla Chevrolet, monta uno speciale collettore per i quattro carburatori Weber 45 DCOE. La potenza del propulsore è di 400cv e la vettura supera i 280Km/h di velocità massima. Tutto abbastanza impressionante se pensate che stiamo parlando di una gran turismo con 55 anni sulle spalle! Attualmente continua lo sviluppo per rendere l'auto estremamente competitiva, pronta per affrontare i campionati dedicati alle vetture storiche dove il team DHG Racing ha intenzione di utilizzarla. E' davvero bello vedere il pilota "lottare" per farla andare forte ed immagino la sua soddisfazione Chi è capace ed ha il piacere di spingerla in questa maniera si diverte fa divertire anche il pubblico degli appassionati 😉👍

@@enricocelani8292 Cerca di seguire (quando i tempi lo permetteranno) qualche gara del campionato Europeo auto storiche organizzato da Peter Auto, molti di loro guidano come non ci fosse un domani ed è tutto molto spettacolare, sono fra gli eventi che preferisco in assoluto 😉

Assolutamente, sono proprio contento di aver fatto questo video, non solo perchè l'auto è magnifica ma proprio perchè è stata guidata forte ed era spettacolare da vedere fuori. Quando ho poi visto l'onboard ho avuto la conferma che da dentro il divertimento era doppio 😀💪

This Bizzarrini is a magnificent example of the best of both worlds, the mastery of Italians in making cars and the ability of the Americans to build large, indestructible and mighty V8 engines 😉👍
Schön dieses Fahrzeug mal in Aktion zu sehen, der Mann meiner Mutter hat den Bizzarini 5300GT in grün in seiner Sammlung stehen, und wird leider nie gefahren....denke er würde nichtmals mehr anspringen. Aber als Wertanlage perfekt restauriert mit belegbarer Historie, ein Millionen Objekt. Mutig den hier auf dem Track zu racen, ich hätte zuviel Angst da mehrere Millionen zu verschrotten.
Es ist wirklich schade zu wissen, dass ein schöner 5300 GT irgendwo geparkt und nicht benutzt wird, dazu noch in spektakulärer Farbe. Aber ich rede natürlich nicht vom Laufen auf der Rennstrecke, aber ein Spaziergang am Wochenende oder ein Concours d'Elegance wäre wunderbar.
Das Auto, das Sie sehen, ist ein speziell für den Rennsport vorbereitetes Modell, und ich freue mich, dass es Besitzer gibt, die bereit sind, auf die Strecke zu gehen und solche Autos zu verwenden.
@@Italiansupercarvideo Danke für diesen Kommentar, stimme Ihnen da vollkommen zu, aber andererseits verstehe ich auch die Besitzer solcher Fahrzeuge, die meist schon älter sind und nichtmals ohne Probleme in die 50er-70er Italian Cars reinpassen. Ich selber habe beim einsteigen in den Bizzarini GT 5300 aufgegeben, zu eng bei meiner Größe von fast 1,90m, die Knie stehen am Lenkrad an. Das waren Autos gebaut für die 155cm-max 170cm großen Italiener
Aber Desgin unendlich geil, Lambo, Ferrari, Maserati, Iso, Bizzarini, Alfa....Die schönsten Autos der 50er-80/90er Jahre kommen aus Italien.
@@Micha_-od9tc Ich verstehe vollkommen, du bist eigentlich zu groß, außerdem waren, als der Bizzarrini in den 60ern entworfen wurde, meiner Meinung nach nur sehr wenige Menschen 1,90 Meter groß. Bei Autos stimme ich zu, für mich waren die stilistisch schönsten Autos immer italienische.

Grazie Enrico, mi sono però sbagliato, al volante c'è Oliver, figlio di Mr Hart, il proprietario della DHG Racing, il team che gestisce la vettura. Mi sono confuso, quel giorno hanno testato la vettura sia lui, sia Mr Pastorelli ed entrambi l'hanno guidata meravigliosamente, come puoi ben vedere. Però l'onboard è proprio di Oliver ed ho corretto. Ringrazio un'altro utente che mi segue spesso e mi ha segnalato l'errore. La community del mio canale è formidabile, c'è gente molto attenta, la ringrazio per questo.

Edit: I might be wrong, but judging by the helmet on the onboard shots, could it be that the driver is Olivier Hart, David's son? That seems to be his helmet, according to some footage at Goodwood Revival...
I have to thank you enormously because you are absolutely right, and I made an obvious mistake. At the wheel is Oliver and not Mr Pastorelli. Both took turns driving the car the day I made the videos, but the onboard you see is Oliver, the driver. Thank you for your keen eye and for reporting it to me. I'm correcting the video. I can tell you that both pilots drove it very hard, and it was nice to see them on the track. And I have to thank Mr Hart senior and his staff for being very kind.
@@Italiansupercarvideo I can't really blame you for having a bit of a slip-up. From what I have watched from Goodwood's videos of the Revival and Member's Meeting, and even from some of your clips, both Pastorelli and young Olivier Hart were both real quick drivers. *Hard to tell who is driving when they're a bit of a blur!*

Anyone else find it kinda funny that the designer/engineer that helped develop Ferrari and Lamborghini into their current powerhouse status was like "V12? No just an LS swap for me thanks" on his own cars? Love it.
Yes, I've always thought about this, but it's all very rational. The combination of Italian car and American mechanics has always worked great, so Bizzarrini was able to build a lovely, powerful vehicle with a reliable and robust engine. De Tomaso applied the same idea with the Pantera, and even in that case, the car was a great success 👍
Ciao Matteo, bel video, finalmente riesco a vedere internamente questa auto,l ' ho sempre vista esternamente. Complimenti al sig. Pastorelli , oltre al suo curriculum da pilota , ma soprattutto xke penso che sia un auto non facile da dover addomesticare. Sarebbe un'alternativa come auto da drift !!!!😂😂; la cavalleria non manca.....
Ed anche la velocità non manca, per essere una vettura di 5 anni fa, anche se da corsa, va davvero molto forte. Devo fare un "mea culpa" perchè al volante c'è Oliver Hart, figlio del proprietario del team DHG Racing e non Mr. Pastorelli. Mi sono confuso ed ho fatto un'errore. Entrambi hanno testato la vettura tutto il giorno, alternandosi. Ma l'onboard è del giovane Oliver. Giustamente me l'ha fatto notare un 'utente che mi segue spesso. Diamo a Cesare quel che è di Cesare 😅 Sono infine felice di averti fatto vedere comè da dentro, saluti Stefano, buon weekend 😉

di fare qualcosa prossimamente per tornare in chat e fare due chiacchiere. Per quanto riguarda la guida, assolutamente si, non è per niente facile, ci vuole molta sensibilità e tanta attenzione con i riflessi belli pronti. Il giovane Oliver guida davvero alla grande 👍😉
Das Leute zwei verschieden farbige Schuhe tragen kannte man ja schon, zwei verschiedene Handschuhe aber noch nicht. Den Iso Grifo kannte ich ja schon, den hier aber noch nicht. Ein schönes Auto mit gutem Klang.
Ein wunderschönes italienisches Auto mit einem leistungsstarken Chevrolet V8-Motor, das alles in den 1960er Jahren hergestellt wurde, als das Design der Autos fantastisch war. Das Ergebnis ist dieser großartige Rennwagen 👍

DHG Racing ha molte auto e tante di queste sono originali. Non vorrei dirti male ma anche questa mi sembra "genuina". Non ho avuto molto tempo per indagare, erano tutti molto impegnati, già la gentilezza di avermi fatto mettere la telecamera mi sembrava tanto, non volevo fargli il terzo grado sull'auto...😅
