*David's accent is incredibly hard to understand...should've put some subtitles with the video.
Yeah, despite his English name, he's from Rotterdam... some Dutch speak very clear English, but he's impenetrable!
Dutch people often have quite a accent but David's one is next level, even for me, a Dutchie as well, it's hard to understand.
I will say that the combination of the mic that was used and the surroundings they are in is also not helping. It's a basic mic, most likely the camera's build in one, which picks up all sound including all of the background mumbling which drowns out the actual interview. Would have been better of with a directional mic or a pintie one.

Not very impressed with that attitude. He would have carried on and completely broken the poor car had he not been stopped.
Right? I’m glad you mentioned it. He even says he noticed the oil pressure reading low and he kept giving chase. He may be fast but he had a total disregard for the car
