These people often have no connections once you take it up to the higher courts, because they aren't commonly doing business in supreme courts at the state level. You just appeal a bad hearing until you get a trail by jury and you're all set.

Well, this is what I understand the purpose of stalling to be: It's just a simple task where you endlessly delay the entire process, and you simply hope that those pushing the issue lose drive, motivation, care, etc....and then you can just sweep the entire thing under the rug, almost as if it never even existed before.

As most of you are already aware, most if not all of these IA complaints will go nowhere! They will cover themselves by legalistic terms that the officers involved were justified for some legal reasoning. I've had to file an IA complaint where I used to live. I will not go into specifics. It involved me carrying a firearm in an "open carry" state on a public street in a safe manner. After 11 months I heard NOTHING from my local police dept. I went to their main building and spoke with a desk sgt. Long story short, he apologized for the delay and provided a copy of the IA report after a 45-minute wait. In one word, "unfounded." They will cover up LIA's events.
Brian Fahey is going to retire with full benefits. Disgusting he should be stripped.

Not filing a complaint is worse. Keep filing them regardless of the outcome. Keep recording/documenting each incident and each complaint.

It’s so infuriating they take forever to say we are not going to do anything about the criminal behavior of Leo. But it takes minutes to investigate and arrest us.
Less than a minute to administer a no knock raid, demonstrating their processes of: No body cam(accountability?????), no identification, power disabled, doorbell cam obstructed, freezing temperature, and in the dark. For a SEARCH WARRANT! Then countless raiding officers opened fire on a person, who was defending his home from a group of unknown intruders. Not this department, but as quick to act as Fahey trying to assault Sean.
And it takes a fraction of a second for a cop to end your life "for officer safety."
HOW TRUE...and the lie about that process, too...
It helps diffuse the issue when they drag it out. They hope you'll give up and move on.

Declares your LED truck a security threat without any assessment, does nothing to rectify, dispel or pacify the security threat, lets you (who brought the security threat to the front door) get back into the security threat, then drive and park the security threat across the street.

This man's civil rights were violated over his 1st admendment issues of free speech. The police officer then made up a charge for the truck being parked in a fire lane. The taco truck parks in the same location in the past and did not get any charges for parking in a fire lane. There was no fire lane. The Sgt threaten to impound his truck. This police department allows certain friendly people to do their business on the property with no interferance. The police officer made up laws to retaliate against people the want transparency in government activities.
Imagine being one of these men. You wake up in the morning, say bye to your family and go waste time while being paid by taxpayers. All day. Every day.

I'm gonna be honest, I never thought police officers acted like this. That is me being very ignorant and I gotta say you really woke me up to this corruption. I've watched a lot of your videos and I think about them a lot nowadays. I'm saddened that the people who are supposed to protect us seem to hurt us more. I hope this dept does the right thing.

There NEEDS to be a CIVILIAN REVIEW BOARD (NOT the IA, which COVERS UP for cops) investigating ANY allegations of corruption, UN-LAWFUL police activities and deaths of any person in contact with police. Body cameras with NO shutoff or MUTE buttons, for the cops to protect each other from their bad actions. Total ACCOUNTABILITY. And maybe some yearly lessons in proper CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS in America...being these folks NEVER apparently, learned them???
