That is why I think independent community groups should exist to oversee law enforcement and those individuals should not have any background in law enforcement to ensure fairness and transparency. There are attorneys, paraprofessionals, paralegals, legal assistants, litigation professionals, people with experience of security and investigations from the corporate private side. I am ready for a revolution. I'm ready for the people to tell our government what we are going to tolerate and not tolerate. The actions of our government are so much more tyrannical than the actions that have inspired prior revolutions our forefathers would be so disappointed in how this country has turned out.
Who holds IA accountable when IA doesn't serve it's purpose? Congressional Oversight like the FBI/CIA where they just go and don't answer any questions?
This will not hold up in a court of law a jury will see differently
Fahey needs to be sued in federal court individually, lose his qualified immunity, and lose everything of value he owns...for starters.

"Held accountable" is the ultimate, non-specific, virtue signal phrase. It can mean anything anyone wants it to mean - from a reprimand to jail time. Decades ago, people would express moral outrage by saying "A thing like this shouldn't be allowed!" Now we have reduced it down to a two word buzz-phrase.
