It’ll be their go-to method in training videos now that they’ve seen how effective it is.
It's also against PennDOT policy too. They are even required to continue rendering services if the power goes out, there's an active shooter, or there's "severe weather events." Because if they dont they get written up. These rules were put in place because people have complained because they couldn't get PennDOT services in severe snowstorms or when there was an active shooter at a nearby business. And instead of just telling people that they're being dumb they basically forced the DMV workers to work no matter what, so they actually broke policy. Sean should report that to the state as well, maybe it'll cause even more uproar.

What he should have articulated to the officer was that a public building can have as much policies as they want but when it goes against the us constitution that doesn’t mean you have to follow it. I think it's important to note that many times he does that on purpose. Because he wants an organic unscripted response. If he goes straight into telling them exactly that then he won't have somebody's authentic reaction. When I first started watching I felt the same way and I would tell myself. Why isn't he telling them that? It's public and so on, and so on.. But then I started realizing it's intentional so that he gives the people time to react without knowing the truth. As much as I agree with the guy, I can understand their upsettedness with the situation. They all have responsibilities/obligations and they're all trying to get in and out as fast as possible so they can go do them. It's as disruptive as protestors hopping into the middle of the street and gluing themselves down.
The problem is these tyrants decided to unnecessarily shut down all operations and point a finger at the auditor, basically doing as much as possible to incite them, without explicitly verbalizing it, to intimidate/harm him, who they have declared to be the enemy.
@5374seth they shut down services to protect the patrons from some dipsh!t with a camera capturing personal information. If someone had their identity stolen at that facility, the DMV would be held liable.

There's a big difference in between using your rights because you're being harassed and using your rights to be a harasser (and clicks on youtube). Most people can recognize when someone is just there to create a problem when there was none to begin with. This is similar to a person abusing critically important free speech laws by constantly spewing hateful rhetoric simply because 'it's their right' to do so ... or as a matter of principle. This is certainly not a societally productive mentality to embrace.
Secondly, losing your freedom occurs when new senseless laws are applied, which happens due to those constantly testing the limits of current law such as this fellow.

Actually, they're more European in their actions than traditional Americans. That's why no European nation has a Constitution like the US has. There is no freedom of speech and right keep and bear arms in Europe guaranteed in their laws (as we have). To the contrary, Europe has always kept strict controls over speech and weapons in the hands of their "peasants." Europe has always had the strong arm of totalitarian government via Kings, dictators and now socialist states. The people are always governed with an iron fist. And that's how they want it and have always wanted.
In contrast, 250 years ago American Colonials revolted against their King to create a new form of government that is ruled by our Constitution which guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of the press and the right to keep and bear arms (amongst other things). This form of government has always been anathema to Europeans who remained in the old country and who preferred Royal rule as opposed to a constitutional republic like we have.
So, these people shown here, who would so easily forfeit their constitutional rights over a mere momentary inconvenience engineered by a government tyrant, are European in their actions. They are NOT traditional Americans in their thinking or actions. They are crude, base peasants hungry for the strong arm of totalitarian government.
