These are awesome. I just was doing the first one last night and ask a trainer if there were other ways to do these to Target various parts of the butt. Thanks for sticking your butt out there and showing these. Going to do them soon.

You’re bringing both of those kneeling ones into your low back. If you put forearms on the bench you can mostly eliminate that :) thanks for the vid!

I noticed the slight arch also, but as a beginner lifter (~3 months in), I wasn't sure if this was okay or not. Thanks for pointing this out and providing a tip to fix it. I have been working hard to improve my form after feeling some pain in my low back the first few weeks that I started. I'm happy to say I've reduced that a lot, but always working/always improving.
Nothing wrong with a slight arch, no spine is a straight line lol

I've got butt , but the hump on top isn't pronounces like it was when I was a teenager and trying to get that back after almost 20 yrs
