Thanky you straight to the point does the second one do the same though I would think a lot of the effort is concentrated making sure the foot doesn't fall out altering the exercise. At least that's what I would be doing lol

You can if you want to target glute medius
What’s the name of this machine and would the single handle work for side glutes?
It’s just a cable machine/ of fitness jungle gym. For the sides the ankle straps would be way better!
