3/4 cup almond milk
2 handsfull kale
Greek yogurt
Frozen banana
Frozen pinapple
Peanut butter / almond butter
1 tsp Honey

Add 1/4 cup of oatmeal and you have a meal.
I knew there was a way to turn a can of pineapple and some kale that needed to be used soon into a tasty smoothie. Thanks for giving me an idea of what else to add to it! My modified version turned out super tasty!

Add Spirulina as well.. great natural protein as a well reduce cholesterol .. just make sure from best source.. because it may contain bad side effect if doesnt come from clear source .. mine is pure hawaiian by Nutrex and many said is one or may be the best spirulina out there..and mayne better check if you have thyroid issue before consume it

Do you have to pull away the stem from kale?
It is VERY thick and tough, so that is why I recommend removing it.

I find it more fruity than sweet but to each their own!
