      sharath kumar to make beans and lentils complete, eat them with either wheat(roti) or rice. The amino acid profile then gets completed and you get complete protein! hope that helps bro

      hi, if u r in india, greekyogurt present here contains very less protein
      so not a good idea to invest over it
      instead take low fat paneer
      if you r outside india then a lot of brands are available, total a company makes greekyogurt with 20gm protein in one serving of 100 gm

      Diet does not seems good
      Peanut butter has fats which will slow down your metabolism
      Eat some oats for carbs and boiled egg whites for protien an hour before ur workout and then you are good to go

    just wanted one advice from you that is currently I'm in a state of more than 30% body fat and want to reduce .
    Please guide me as to with what program of yours should i start with
    Muscular 8 or Shredded next level .
