Mene 2 din se roti khani band kardi.. Mere head and eyes m babut dard ho raha h... Mujhe lagta h faltu k tante karne se achha h roti hi kha lu kam kam 😥😥😥

yes I have lost 3" and appx 3 kgs last month, and people are like sehat kharaab ho gaya hai etc etc. Aur patla mat ho, kaafi hai. :P

I lost 5.5" of waist in 3 months. Regular 3 day push-pull-abs+legs split. I ate 1600-1700 KCal a day, intermittent fasting, 1g protein per lb of lean body mass (appx 120-125g). I did 10-15 mins cardio along with it too. My 1st phase of fat loss was super successful.

north indian normally eat 8-12 roti or parata & southindian eat 3-5 plate rice everyday but still they are fit slim , i think people only are concerating on diet , early people use to walk 12-20 km for a day , people today don't do any physical active that is the main problem i thing , see any road worker or truck driver cleaner they the fittest body

It's genes bro. There are some , like me who eat well (healthy) , do loads of gym cessions yet remain obese and other category , who eat more , unhealthy and Don't do exercise yet remain fit. But latter will have more adverse effects than former.
manoj puthran brother you are 100% true..it's all due to less physical work..diet is secondary
manoj puthran south indian aren't slim at all. 80% of them have huge belly fat.
Nowadays i am not going to gym and eats 8 rotis three times a day and 1 plate rice . I am not too much active but still have 15-17 percent body fat

mere parents bhi aese hi bolte h. protien ka bolo to kehte h dal khao, jabki daily requirement puri krne ke liye pata nahi kitne kilo dal khani padegi. mughe to badi gussa ati h, roj roti bna denge aur me 8 kha jata hu aek bar me.upar se ye bhagwan bhagwan krte rehte h. non veg not allowed dono ko bolta hu ki kam se kam daily requirements to puri karlo aap dono healthy rahoge par nahi sunte kehte h sukhi roti bhi ache man se khao to koi bimare nahi hogi..... he bhagwan agar sab kuch khaloge to kuch bigar thori jayega. then my mom finally broke and got very sick now she is taking medicines and protien powder which does nothing but fulfills daily requirements. she is ok now. papa to abi vese hi h. unko lagta h ki vo healthy h par nhi h. kuch bolo to kehte h "tum bataoge abb". mene to aek cheez nhi chori khane me veg, nonveg sab. mughe lagta h main problem ye examples h jo sukhi roti kha ke bhi healthy h, mughe to aesa aaj tk nhi mila. kher jo bhi h sab apne aap sahi ho jayenge thode time baad.

The truth is , you can eat roti as much as you want , you will not get fat unless you eat above your maintenance calories! This is the truth..
Currently i am cutting and i am eating around 1700-1800 calories and i eat 6 rotis daily and i am still loosing fat.
So you just have to fit your roti’s calories in your calorie goal and you’ll not gain any weight!

I eat 13-17 chapatis per meal....around 40-50 a day....but I do a lot of workout and my power has been increased consistently

I am 63 year old and still go to gym.During college I was a weight lifter and body weight only 55 kg.My diet was 10 prantha ,10 roti and 8-10 roti in three meals and plenty of daal but never increase weight during college years
