2:- तनाव अवसाद को कम करें
3:- अच्छी और भरपूर नींद बहुत ही जरुरी है
4:- Nutritions लेने पड़ेंगे उसमे सैचुरेटेड फैट लेना जरूरी है वैसे ज्यादा saturated fat(15% दिन भर में) हानिकारक है पर पर्याप्त मात्रा में लेना पड़ेगा। सैचुरेटेड फैट के लिए हफ्ते में एक बार whole egg लेना पड़ेगा मतलब अण्डे के पीले वाले भाग के साथ रोजाना अण्डे का पीला वाला भाग नहीं खाना चाहिए क्योंकि कोलेस्ट्रॉल की समस्या होने लगती है

Hey guru. Thanks for the videos great knowledge. Ive a question. Recently when i train hard with supersets train for about 1 hour after a couple of hours i feel feverish. Im taking my amino acids bcaa, creatine before and after training and vit c but feel cold and feverish. I dont understand this its never happened before ive just hit the big 40 however do feel a massive drop in my testosterone... any knowledge or feedback would be great. Thanks.
